Cool! I have a late 1950s JC penny Pencraft mower simalar to that. It has a belt drive from the motor to the tranny and the tranny has a chain drive to the strait axle. I plan to remove the engine and tranny and use the chain drive system to my advantage----a yamaha blaster 200cc racing engine that I got in my shop :)

What size are the front and back wheels? I fancy making somehting like this with a 6hp Briggs instead of a kart. How are you're pulleys set up?
Does that just have forward and reverse?
