  • nice keep it real and fuck serato

  • not what i expected... was wondering how to make my own or print my own slip mat.. wanted to customize it to my own mat with my own logo on it...

  • when i read this... thought this was make your own custom slipmats. like your own design, etc. good video but not what iw as looking for. i guess its just me LOL but the title was a little misleading. Btw loved your UK impressiosn

  • noticed a place selling blank slipmats to print on thetransferpress.co.uk

  • does the needle ever pick up the crumbling sound of the wax paper

  • @mandaltby Not really

  • yeah that is what we used to use but neva thought about glueing the slip mat to the the wax paper, yeah it did crumble up after a while and we had to replace but glueing is a good idea.

  • "to the back of this... OOOOOWWWOOOO!!!" lol!

  • Try Promat Quality Slipmats....costs less and is better!

  • @mcmodee try shutting the fuck up...makes you sound like less of an ass

  • @HellolzEveryone

    suck it buddy

  • @HellolzEveryone you have no clue what you are talking about...seems like you just a young fool trying to sound grown up....guess that is just your nature dissing all DMC and IDA DJs that use Promat Slipmats!

  • @mcmodee No, I'm trying to say that you need to quit advertising for companies that clearly can handle themselves. That is why you sound like an ass. I don't walk around yelling "Try Hanes T-shirts...they're fuckin t-shirts!"

  • Nice vid but terrible British accent

  • i dunno why you glue the plastic together with the slipmat?! it actually makes it slip less. it will slide and glide even better if you just use the plastic paper as a "second slipmat" between the real slipmat and the turntable.

  • @zournyque because when you have a gig sometime the plastic paper crumbles and rips.

But when its glued to the slipmat it last forever without ripping.

I'm going on two years with mines ;)

  • Nice!

I was wondering about the green spray you used.

Does it have to be that spray only? Is there any other spray we can use to attach the wax paper to the slipmat?

    Thanks!!

  • You can use any adhesive I used the spray because it dry's faster.

You can buy that stuff at Home Depot for 3.99 a can.

  • Thanks

  • you missed a spot jk, good tutorial

  • hahaha i love your slightly german british accent!!!=] awesome video

  • twitter, will do.i have to ask how is the 1.5.1 torq version running?

  • 1.5.1 is running stable there now at 1.5.2 which should be released to the public soon so far rock solid for me.

  • What I love about you is that you have fun in everything you do.Big shouts out.

  • Thanks I love anything that has to do with Music but DJing is my passion.

Follow me on twitter to find out what my next video is about.

  • $8.22 at audiooutfitter s online store.:)

    Google them

  • Yo I apretiate that shit man! I am getting the Numark Battle pack deliverd to me as we speak. Should see it withi9n the hour....

I know its not the best for sure.. Ive been told that Ill have fun learing with them for about a year. But IUf I get better Ill want to change the setup....

everyone has said that the slipmats should be replaced right away though...

As a straight novice, Have I made a horrible choice with the Numark Battle PAck? Or is it a reasonable choice for the novice?

  • Numark Battle pack Isn't bad at all if your just starting out.

just make sure you lube the mixer fader then let it rip.

  • how do I lube up the mixer?~

LOL HEY MAYBE TIME FOR ANOTHER YOUTUBE VID?!?!

  • Check out y video fader replacement.

    its already posted.

  • Yo hey for real thanx alot for the vids. It might not be a big deal for you, But I think Im really learnin some good shit.

I looked at your fader replacement vid & then looked at my mixer. DM950 and its ULTRA easy for my mixer. I can unscrew just the fader control alone on the DM950! No need to take off the whole face!

Its not super slick yet. Once I go to RADIO SHACK (AKA the source) Ill grab some of that lube...

as 4 the slipmats. I used parchment paper... not near as buttery as I hoped.
