  • these videos are terrible for fight training. the best way to train for fights is to fight/hit things. but can't be bad for general balance training

  • Impressive though i don't see the use to do that on a ball

  • I can see myself it's not easy to do this but is there any practical value to train punches this way?

  • 3 people tried this and failed. I can understand their feelings because I tried it as well.

  • Nice drill, I will add it to my routine. Thank you.

  • wow this is good, ill try it ;D

  • but dosent this makes u NOT to rotate ure hip so much ? i meen thats where the power is :P

  • total nonsense, reflects a complete misunderstanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics and motor control.

  • hi! we also focus postures, specially low back. dr.f

  • just wanted to thank you for posting these. ive implemented them into my training regime and as a result i won my recent 1st degree championship.

  • wow! congratulation!!it is my pleasure!supporting fighters is my calling.

    sports dr 4 fighters dr.f

  • this is building balance and the correct rotational body position is that right?

  • yes it is. it focus's on the core and builds the muscles around them so that when u rotate ur body to punch everything is tight and adds power

  • thanks. I will start working this

  • u should watch the other vids. they provide even more useful training tips
