these videos are terrible for fight training. the best way to train for fights is to fight/hit things. but can't be bad for general balance training

this is building balance and the correct rotational body position is that right?

yes it is. it focus's on the core and builds the muscles around them so that when u rotate ur body to punch everything is tight and adds power
