  • great video thanks

  • very interesting video thanks

  • i enjoyed this vid

  • MTHFR mutations cause hypomethylation. Using standard folic acid in people with MTHFR mutations is not ideal. This video is accurate and informative yet MTHFR is becoming more known and a major issue. Folic acid does not work very well in those with MTHFR mutations. Utilizing TMG or 5-MTHF is very helpful in lowering homocysteine when combined with methylB12, P5P B6, B2.

  • Make sure you get the right vitamin b12 because cyanocobalamin is toxic and actually depletes your already depleted vitamin b12 status even more.

There is hydroxycobalamin, methylcobalamin an a few other kinds of b12 that you can take but on no account take cyanocobalamin.

There are some cases of people getting blind by taking cyanocobalamin in megadoses.

  • love you

  • Nice job on the video looks good. When you have time come visit my channel!

  • Not every methylation of the DNA is productive.

Methylations of important genes can be really devastating.

  • you just said folic acid!!! thats a poisonous copy of folate acid!! dont you know that Dr? folic acid causes all these symptoms!!! folate acid is gr8 for you, but folic acid isnt!! do your homework, !!

  • Nice video, but it's worth mentioning that Folic Acid and B12 are notorious for not being used efficiently due to gene mutation of MTHFR and MTRR/MAT respectively. For B12 to work it requires a nearly perfect diet and 3 enzymes. TMG/Betaine to the rescue which only requires one enzyme BHMT and is not dependent on diet. Ola Loa is the only single product available to provide complete support for Methylation.

  • Doc, you are doing a great job!!!! I wish my family doctor was like that, he gets irritated when I ask questions or any specifics but he seems perfectly fine if I ask somthing simple or dum. I wish my doctor was more like you. Thank you Doc you are cool.

  • @katalina125 i know right....

  • Always a great video doctor!

What type of doctor is familiar with and can test for this methylation dysfunction? internist, cardiologist, MD's, DO's, DC's, or ND's?

  • more salads, fish and eggs,...got it, thanks!

  • good info...but maybe just a small suggestion: find a way to get to the point faster...

  • lol

  • Thank you! Always looking forward to your posts.

  • this is so cool, very informative. do you have any information on melasma treatment?

  • Melasma is caused by severe adrenal fatigue. Build back your adrenal glands and the melasma will fade.

  • Thank you. I have no idea where to start.
