@DaBikerLady I'm confused on whether I should be taking the whey protein powder to make a shake or use the meal replacement shake mix or both. How should I be using these two products?
@justafish07 Check how many grams of protein are in each one. The total of protein should not be more then 25 grams because your body can't assimilate any more in one serving. I use Shakeology for all of my daily vitamin and minerals and then The Results and Recovery drink after my workouts. Hope that helps
