must say whatever your driving you'll get the hang of reversing. now blindside none of us could do it unless we have to everyday and just get used to it. My wife can't handle driving with me in a car !truck driving changes you. can drive at speed tru space 2 inches wider than my mirrors.KEEP ON TRUCKING. unless you can get more money somewhere else
I think it has to do with the "super truckers" that wouldn't be able to understand how to do it. Unfortunatly alot of us drivers DON'T want to learn anything new, you know what I mean?
Yeh,but I've noticed, that the European, andAustralians, have a lot of good Idea's on the things they use, like quick disconnect fittings on airlines.but if we gave everybody steerable trailers, could you imagine the mess that would create in truckstops and loading docks lmao.
@trickmytruck, our regulators here in the USA, are so slow to come by anything that's more efficient, safer and economical, until some disaster happens. I mean we are just now mandating seat belts for all buses after all the death-ful ejections from buses for decades.
just have to say.there are some good trucks in the world but australia has the most roughest toughtes trucks ever i mean they haul 120t through sand ridden deserts or through river and they still keep going hard.
What's the big deal. Can he does a same thing without steerable trailer? I think not too hard back up with this. Maybe I'm wrong. Don't take to wrong way.
this vide was done to show some 1 how quick it turns the steering works threw a hydrolic system witch moves a ram under the trailer neck the make the oppersit at the rear ram to move the steering it can allso be steered by remote control too
yeah no shit everybody should know how hard it is trying to maneuver a long rig like that. The driver has enough things on his mind trying not to hit anything, the ground crew should be competent enough to stay the hell out of the way.
lorrie driving!
