  • lorrie driving!

  • Does it steer itself automaticly as the tractor turns or is it done from inside the cab?

  • the company i work for needs to pick up a trailer like this

  • They should have these on all lowboys. Do they help you go around corners better? (forward/reverse)

  • @redheadedduckhunter

yea it go's round corners like a 45ft trailer and that low-boy is 65ft long

  • bravo !! :-)

  • how many toons can you transport whit this?

  • you can put 50tons on the trailer deck

  • That's really cool looking.

  • yea deep reduction cant rember the ratios 4-50-1 i think that tractor is long gone afther she droped the oil pump into the sump

  • Was that double over gearbox? WSK on that truck?

    Thanks

  • 4.50 with double over trans and WSK? I saw SLT for 250tons with 5.1 and double over trans (o.69 in last gear) and WSK...

  • Is that an 80T

  • 150t tractor 80t trailer

  • Has the unit got hub reduction axels?

  • in the middle lol brackmills haulage northampton

  • who do you work for mate? are you up north or from down south of the isles?

  • easy with that lowboy lol

  • ehh.backupa 9axle. nottoo hard but itlooks it. we have shitty trucks here.

  • must say whatever your driving you'll get the hang of reversing. now blindside none of us could do it unless we have to everyday and just get used to it. My wife can't handle driving with me in a car !truck driving changes you. can drive at speed tru space 2 inches wider than my mirrors.KEEP ON TRUCKING. unless you can get more money somewhere else

  • nice trailer I don't know why the U.S. don't get on board with these.

  • that trailer is 65foot long and follows like a 40footer

  • Then how long is a trailer with 5 axles and how long will it be with the tractor unit?

  • I think it has to do with the "super truckers" that wouldn't be able to understand how to do it. Unfortunatly alot of us drivers DON'T want to learn anything new, you know what I mean?

  • Yeh,but I've noticed, that the European, andAustralians, have a lot of good Idea's on the things they use, like quick disconnect fittings on airlines.but if we gave everybody steerable trailers, could you imagine the mess that would create in truckstops and loading docks lmao.

  • @trickmytruck, our regulators here in the USA, are so slow to come by anything that's more efficient, safer and economical, until some disaster happens. I mean we are just now mandating seat belts for all buses after all the death-ful ejections from buses for decades.

  • @doggsho i dont wanna wear a seat belt in a bus.....ill be graduated b4 theyre required though

  • What are you prats on about its easyer with a rgular trailer.

  • just have to say.there are some good trucks in the world but australia has the most roughest toughtes trucks ever i mean they haul 120t through sand ridden deserts or through river and they still keep going hard.

  • is it possible to enable or switch off the rear steer function?

  • Yes

  • that's not hard even with a regular trailer

  • 20 bucks says he cant do that with a regular trailer.

  • What's the big deal. Can he does a same thing without steerable trailer? I think not too hard back up with this. Maybe I'm wrong. Don't take to wrong way.

  • Cool!

  • You work for Brakmills, you guys move alot of volvo stuff dont you...

  • yea we do

  • made in holland by nooteboom just put it in google ull finde it

  • Diesel1844...Who makes the trailer? Very nice.

  • yeah and ur RESTRICTION code 4 LICENSE is NO.8 right...

  • is not a good idea at high speed

  • no landin gear you just drop the trailer deck to the floor by the ajustin the neck all done by hydrolics

  • do these trailor even have a landing gear

  • ur ment to lock the steering axels when yur going to reverse...:L

  • this vide was done to show some 1 how quick it turns the steering works threw a hydrolic system witch moves a ram under the trailer neck the make the oppersit at the rear ram to move the steering it can allso be steered by remote control too

  • Haha ! Love that tranny shifting sounds . :D

  • i cant even drive a semi like that on my game

  • The trailer steers in the opposite direction to the tractor units front wheels

  • My mum wishes her Nissan Micra had rear stear, when i'm in it and she's trying to park, so do I.

  • If you interest Heavy haulage pls watch ANATOLIA LOGISTICS VIDEOS you will find good heavy transports

  • how does he control the trailer wheels ?? joystic or something in the cab???

  • that's bad gotta pull up with a steering trailer

  • yeah no shit everybody should know how hard it is trying to maneuver a long rig like that. The driver has enough things on his mind trying not to hit anything, the ground crew should be competent enough to stay the hell out of the way.

  • oh shut up

  • they should make those on every truck like that as my dad nearly got ran over by standing behing the trailer and pointing diections

    xD

  • that would be his fault, not the drivers.

  • Relax with it just take youre time,it ain,t a toy!!!

  • Take it hes just getting used to it

  • Steerable axles on the trailer is cheating. LOL My 51' bullrack won't do that. Would be nice in the mountains.
