1 this remind me of the trailer park boys 2. im one for bud and not being arrested for smoking bud but your never gonna get 10 million dollars and its law so just deal with it xD
Wow people really need to lighten up and quit looking at harmless Pyschedelics like Pot as "dangerous" and "detructive." Just the other day I was smoking a joint on the walk home from school, Should've seen all the pissed off looks people gave me.
@hatchi58 Yeah, and I thought I was eating healthy having bought into the Subway marketing scam. I just like all the hot peppers. Certainly I ain't perfect, but that is the beauty of life: we always can learn more. Being told what to do keeps us from learning important lessons on our own. People must be free to make mistakes and fail. That is the spice of an adventurous fulfilling life. At least for me it is.
oh no not a joint he might murder rape steal fuckin hookey police who tells us what we put in are bodys we are civil minded people who the fuck are they to say how we protest
Bud. Common law is law, everything else is an act... According to the Canadian bill of rights, all laws in canada are acts, even if most people call them law...
w w w. efc.ca/pages/law/canada/BillofRights.html, part II 5(2)
AND, according to the bill of rights, almost no act passed by the govermant are actually enforcable because they all fail to, according to part I-2, expressly abridge existing rights
@iamufreak Well, common law is law, but on what is common law grounded? Common law is grounded upon royal law, that is, the law of God, or the law of nature.
@MartinDePateshull In the case of most people (CND), Common law starts with the 10 commandments or some other book (depending on the country) that represents the fondation block of the legal system. If in court, ask for the bible when sworn in else (raising your right hand) you loose some legal grounds
@iamufreak Well, I think it is the same throughout the commonwealth; I was being a bit rhetorical. Magna Carta is taken to embody the common law (confirmatio chartarum says so) and Magna Carta June 15 17 John says "nos non faciemus justic constabularios vicecomites vel ballivos nisi de talibus qui sciant legem regni et eam bene velint observare" - we will not make bailiffs except of such kind who know legem regni and mean to observe it well. Legem Regni is nothing more than Royal Law, etc.
@iamufreak To follow on in the de facto vs. de jure government thing, de facto anyone may be dressed up in a robe and put in a fancy castle and called Justice of the Peace, but for him de jure to be a justice, he must sciant legem regni and he must bene velint observare that royal law. The theatrics of courts are a very simple metaphor: judge sits on heaven and acts as much as if Jesus. All of the antichristian mindfucking is nothing more than preventing people from attaining spiritual liberty
@iamufreak It is the most valuable thing this world affords, so all other law books collectively are worth less than it is, and, therefore, cannot be suffered to contradict something of greater worth.
@iamufreak Thanks for your, and all the help, in this common war against tyranny. Your accurate legal perceptions are one of the corner stones of my foundation and they have given me great courage and strength. We Will triumph!
I am sure by the number in uniform that walk respectfully by and mind their own business that this guy was a rogue "prohibitionist" hard liner. That is the problem here right wing rogues are allowed to practice their inborn judgmental tendencies. these are the ones that will need weeding out or retraining because the feel it is their right to assert their "own" moral views as they were taught to them by the government over at least four generations.
Be safe Bud. You are 100% right but these idiots have NO understanding of the common law. They love to hate on people. Cops aren't what they used to be. My uncle Jim was a real cop. He is a retired staff Srg. and HE doesn't even like this "new breed"- his words
the Vancouver RCMP have stated that they wont go after people for simply smoking or possessing weed. Its very difficult to get in trouble for doing that
@brentsss He did kind of wilt away after I got in his face about the VPD working with the Hells angels to make my community safer. I told him he could stuff his drugs and a substances act, and stick it where the sun don't shine. People have been trained to think in a perverted way as if the drugs and substances act is actually responsible for control, they buy into it on a level that some substances need to be controlled because they are so dangerous. Hello! the CDSA does not control anything
Yahoo! Another video. Like I said the video before, I love watching your videos. Keep up the good work and lets take our rights back! Just curious, how old are you? 60?
Bud, You speak so many truths that I don't have the stones to say out in public. I wish you well and hope you stay safe tomorrow. You are a true Activist, and I hope some other cameras show up in your defense when you make your stand. Peace
He heard the firetruck siren and was like oh shit its the cops hahaha

Or preventing proper defence in the case of law. Beliver or not, the book has value in this case
