I love British Kiswahili and Luganda! Only a person who has not tried to learn a foreign language can laugh at another person's language learning efforts. We should not confuse knowledge of English for intelligence; the majority of crooks in Africa are fluent in French, English, and Portuguese. If spoken English were enough, Anglophone Africa would have been very advanced in all aspects of development.
the end finally justified the beggining,Seya what he was doing prior to ministirial so called ministry of fort portal has unleashed how jaggler he is......... This is just atypical Gambling,.,,,,,,
Seya, I like you. You are very confident despite the fact that you know that your english is poor. You always insist on speaking english. But I dont recommend you for any government post because we will be embarrassed.
I wonder y the British wasted their time to come here teaching English. Yet in the end someone cant even know that putting yourself in the behind of someone hurts. Or, talk about a statement like the parliament will sat....
I hate listening to broken English of this kind! It is entirely civil and indeed reasonable to show that people are intelligent and wise by using a language in which they can express themselves clearly. Otherwise, people like Seeya just look lost, unintelligent incapable of leadership. Would you let Seeya know that he is free to use any language in which he is competent to communicate effectively.
One of the brightest people i surely think Uganda has,we should all stop with this neo-colonialism,just because the mans english is not the best does not mean he is a bad leader and lack of intelligence or vision,my big ups to seya,he has made his money and many laughing out loud would be lucky if he would advise them on some money making ways.
@mis1989 damn right if anyone was out to seek money making tac..tactiksss, seya would be the right person to go to ( or even ways of skinning a buffalo) But how about one who wants to be a good leader to our motherland, would u still advise them to seek out seya's advice???!!
I think that Seya should be forced to deliver every speech and interview in English! He should have a camera crew following him around everywhere he goes! I would buy the rights to broadcast it in a heartbeat, it would be television gold!
......we're lucky we had experience with you have... anda think is aaaaaaah be with cooperation with government and kampala city council, we are going to be overcome of this problem. when we have such a kind of trag...tra tragije, we're very sad......
