  • The best and least expensive high-tech lawn sprinkler solution is at Sprinklers.iFind2.com $1399 Installed by Pros, or $39 do it yourself. Get it at BidsWOW.com

  • 824$

    you are slow.

i charge 95 dollars an hour and i would have only charged about 250 topps.

and i use good quality Hunter parts.

  • i charge 95 dollars an hour and most people do not have a problem paying it

lots of times its stupid mistakes.

ive plugged in many timers for 95 dollars lol

some people are not mechanically inclined.

generally the do it your selfers' sprinkler systems do not work out well.

  • your smart

  • LoL ... he wasn't kidding ... it's about $899 here in Colorado Springs, and that's only for two zones and the plumbing is already in place ... much cheaper to do it your self and more satisfying as well

  • @SobeHall

in SoCal its actually pretty expensive also but i started my own company about 5 years ago and we manage to get lots of customers by charging the customer by what we do not by the time we are there. It basically comes out to about $95/hr or so but since we show the customer results they are very happy to pay that amount.

  • My sprinkler is such a queer contraption, everytime I launch over it I get splashed in the balls with H2O. My nieghbor thinks its funny but Im about ready to repair it before I cant have children anymore, oh.. bubble trumps

  • you can only pay $120 dollars if you choose lawnbelt. the tubing won't freese in the winter, and the sprinklers have an auto drain.

  • Would you please tell me what category you listed this video in? Thanks!

  • Anyone can change a sprinkler head, it is very easy. What I'm saying is that yes, it costs that much to pay someone to do it for you. The contractor has a large investment to be in business.

You can paint your own house, but if you pay a pro paunter, that will cost you $100 per hour as well.

  • 21K for a business is cheap dont you think? And guys you DO NOT need any of the shit sprinklerrepair mentions to change a head.

  • So before I can change a broken sprinkler head(according to Mr. Sprinkler Repair) I need a $1500 tool, a $15000 truck and $5000 worth of parts, and thats before any licenses and insurances. If you dont have more than $21500 you cant change a sprinkler head.

  • $824? Are you kidding me? Do you charge like $200 an hour? FYI don't let this guy repair your sprinklers!

  • At an hourly rate of $95 per hour (standard) what do you think the cost would be after a 300% mark up on parts after 8 hours? It costs me $125 to set my computer on the service desk of the PC repair store.

If you make less, you are getting paid what you are worth. I can do in an hour what it takes most guys 3 hours. It is ALL about results and happy customers.

  • Where does a sprinkler repair guy charge $95 an hour? And why are you comparing a sprinkler repair to a computer repair? If you give a customer an $824 bill after doing what this guy did, the customer isn't going to be happy.

  • In Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota and Miami, it's $95 an hour. Finding a ground fault requires a $1500 tool, and a $15,000 truck, $5000 dollars worth of parts (if you do it right) as well as liability insurance, health insurance, gas, overhead, FICA, etc. etc. etc. 17% profit according to my tax lawyer is what you need to make to NOT go broke.

I have no idea where you work, or what your costs are, but I will assume you are in Possum Butt Kentucky where the overhead, as well as the foreheads, are low.

  • you replace the entire head when it is a Hunter PS with a built in nozzle.

  • why change out an entire head when you can just replace the nozzle

  • gloves????

  • notice ,,, no diry hands,,, boots. He's nothing but a pencil pusher.

  • White pvc risers! Blasphemy!

  • Indeed! Try finding a schedule 80 riser anywhere in FL. outside of Disney world. This is for demonstration only. I only use Netafim on shrubs. When FL requires I.A. certified audits at 70%, I'll start installing again.

  • Are you from Lawnsite? What did it take for you to gite IA certified?

  • seems like the video skips at ton of stuff.

  • Of course. It's little clips from an over one hour DVD.

  • Needs a little of work.
