  • We have all one God and so many ways to recover God´s Love...

  • peace and love to all our Muslim brothers and sisters - let us rejoice together in our praise for G-d and Allah! there is much we have in common.

  • Jewish mysticism was strongly influenced by Turkish Sufism in the Ottoman Empire. This included borrowing Sufi musical styles.

    כולנו ילדי אלוהינו.

    ونحن جميعا أبناء الله

All of us are the Lord’s children.

  • c'est du andalous merci je suis maghrebin algérien musulmant.

  • oui mais la music andalouse n'est pas seulement musulmane mais aussi juive

  • beautifull, thank's

  • I am also Muslim by definition and follow the "Sufi" way, this music is so similar and both are beautiful way to remember our creator. Salaam/Shalom in there is the only difference, but same meaning, just like the religions in my opinion!

  • @7Matahari7

    i totally agree

  • i like their pronunciation of hebrew :)

  • This is not the melody by Rav Ashlag. This is -as you say of part II- a morrocan melody. I sing Rav Ashlag's melody with Rabbis in Jerusalem who knew him, and put it on my channel, Betzalel153. Maybe you put Rav Ashlag's melody on another recording?

  • Yafeh meod! Todah rabah.

  • I'm a moroccan muslim, and i love this music!! The best dialogue between peolples and religions, thnk you!

  • Love it

  • This is just beautiful music :)

I spent some time trying to catch the rythm, coz it sounded very unusual. As far as I could count, it has 7 beats/bar in the 1st part, and 5 beats/bar in the 2nd part, could someone double check? :)

    Great music

  • Actually maybe it's 14 and not 7 in the first part, hard to say.

    But now i've definitely counted 6 beats/bar in the 2nd part :)

  • Love it! I am not very clear though, as to what exactly Kabbalah music is and where it originated, etc. Can't help but notice how similar it is to Arabic Music, even the instruments (the Oud, Darbeke, etc). Can someone explain this to me?

  • a song jews sing sundown friday in most synagogues depending on the custom. but i think its a 15th century song just search yedid nefesh on wikipedia. it means 'a friend of my soul' in hebrew, its a very sefaradic version

  • thanks
