  • @speechclasstaipei I am not a gymnast, I am only interested in their strength moves. There is a way to strengthen your legs though. I am currently working on a program related to that.

  • How were you able to overcome the elbow tendonitus? Your warning came a little late for me, as I have already developed it. Now it is causing problems with many other exercises. Thank you.
