Actually..it IS an Anti-lag. A 2 step is just a soft RPM limit set so you can launch without excessive bog or wheelspin. An anti-lag alters timing and fuel. So you were half right.

Nope it wont if you dont have chinese exhaust. :) it will kill your Catalytic converter but usually it's firt thing to take off when you tune your car :)
