Thanks for all the comments guys. This is an old video from PETA I posted some years back. I want everyone to know they are entitled to their own opinions and please be respectful of others'. The PETA members who filmed this video had to work at the meat factories several years before actually being able to film. It is HIGHLY illegal to film within meat factories. Wonder why? It's because they don't want you seeing in. What can you do to change this? Demand reform from the FDA. Thanks.

You don't need beef. Alot of the nutrients found in beef can be obtained from green vegetables. Spinach and broccoli have a high level of iron, which your body needs for muscle growth etc. But, if you are pregnant I highy advise sticking to your regular meat intake (or more) You're eating for two now! In your condition your body doesn't need the stress of a dietary switch.

Also, if you're thinking of going veggie, wait awhile after you've have the baby because your body will need to recouperate.
