  • Nevermind ignore that. I figured out a 6 day split thats fuckin badazz.

  • HELP. Is it ok for me to do this routine on Tuesdays and Fridays? And on Mondays and Thursdays chest/shoulder/triceps? Wednesdays and Saturday Legs? Can someone who knows please reply and enlighten me. I'm noob to this kind of split. Thanks.

  • nice video MUTED

  • This has nothing to do with DC training

  • the music makes my ass hole puke.

  • Did you really need that dumbass music track?

  • This most definately not dc training, after watching the entire video. he did 2 different exercises for biceps, that right there is wrong. Your supposed to only do 1 rest pause set with 1 exercise, not 2

  • @bigconan

the other one was for forearms idiot

  • @mitsando far from an idiot jerk off. I've been training for 3x as long as you. And I commented on exactly what I saw.

  • Only think i don't like about Dc training, is the people are so dogmatic about the program, you don't dare change anything. god forbid.

I like to do what Bruce lee said: Take was is usefull, discard what is useless and MAKE IT YOUR OWN. that means tailor the system to fit your own unique needs.

  • dc training doesn't have to use any rest pause sets. Dante said, you start by just doing 1 single set and judge your recovery ability then add in the rest pauses if you can recover.

  • First, in Dc training, from what I've read, you don't do the rest pause sets during back exercises, especially during deadlifts. and why do you say 2nd set and 3rd set? Its just one set. with 2 rest pauses.

  • would u say dc training is gd to use for me only been doing weight training past few years (last year been hittin it hard)

  • 93 degrees 50% humidity lol thats nothing, we have 105 and 98% humidity here

  • this dude curls the weight I take when I do bench press.....

  • Beast

  • Those were pull ups not chin ups...but with your size i wouldnt care if you called it a bench press

  • awful form on deadlifts...

  • I want massive forearms like his!!!!

  • CLOSET HOMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @alexmedrano2000

    oh look,

another juiced up arse clown defending another juiced up arse clown, letting us all know how to get "big & strong"

only forgetting to tell everyone the main ingredient he's to ashamed and embarrassed to pass on....

    juicer boys.

  • @kingschnitz I will admit a lot of the gear people use go confidential, albeit this is typically due to the legality of the subject (s) of question. Steroids are used to enhance what you can do naturally, they are in no means a substitute for hard training. Ever. I'm not sure if your hostility is based on hating steroids, or the secretive nature people go on whilst on a cycle. Perhaps further explanation can reveal why you are so upset.

  • how unusual,

    another juicer

  • @kingschnitz oh look, another twink

  • Good job bruh but I didn't like the deads. I switched to doing them on the seated shrug machine facing it. Really locks me in and eliminated any bending forward. Whats your rest time and what is your routine as far as reps and sets? How often do you change it up?

  • ahhhh the volume disapered :'(

  • I'm just starting DC. About how long do your workouts last? I'd like to keep mine to 45 minutes however, with multiple warm ups and the stretching after the single all-out set I can see it being very time consuming.

    What time-saver/tips would you suggest?

  • @royorbitol as far as i know thats only for calves, the rest are explosive up, slow down RP reps of 3 sets, apart from squats and dead lifts

  • the first exercise is not chinups if your palms are facing away from each other :s

  • @nytripster you pedantic little cunt does it fucking matter?

  • Deads/Squats separate the thick from the thin out there. Great form on those deadlifts.

  • what muscle groups does the laying down rows workout..??

  • 2 Exercises for back, 1 for biceps and 1 for forearms, workout done?

  • @iamnotlame look up dc training

  • well done

  • good training bro!

  • Just wondering how old are you? How long have you been training? I use no shotgun, creatine monohydrate, and of course protein. Do you use anything else?

  • How much rest between the sets ?

  • @culminatus dc training requires no more than 12 breath rest in between sets

  • @hahahahahahahaha actually the recommended is 12-15. Read the manuel.

  • you got ur body that big from using the dc training method? or did u do something else first and just switched to dc?

  • Yo Slayer, I've seen hundreds of youtube bodybuilding videos but this one is special. It's videos like this that keep me inspired and challenged as I work out at home with free weight only. I tore my Achilles tendon a 2 years ago and only go up-to 200lbs 220max. I'm living it up through yall brah. Those deads were ridiculous.

  • dude, you're a beast!

  • I like the lying rope pulls, I gotta try those out.

  • oby tak dalej :)

  • Great stuff. You have the mass now go for the quality. Keep it up.

  • you do 1 set, then 2 rest pauses. the rest pauses are not considered sets. but, honestly, i don't beleive in following anything religiously.

  • thats not dc training. dc training calls for only 1 all out set, done with 3 rest pauses. hes clearyly not doing dc training.

  • @bigconan it calls for how ever many sets to failure it takes to achieve a certain rep goal. maybe he isnt showing his 30 second pause in the video? educate yourself a little plz

  • @bigconan Maybe he's cruising. During that time there are no rest-pause sets just straight sets.

  • wow man, you're a really big guy. nice work out. if you haven't already posted one, post a video of your stretches!

  • would DC training work as a program for fatloss?

  • FBW helps big time in that case.

i don't know about DC but over 15 reps i way to go but again in My case maybe not Your.

p.s. HIT cardio is awesome as well.

  • no both are shit IMhO

  • dude what kind of car is that hes in in the beginning

  • Help Please

I'm trying to gain weight, and also get a bigger six pack under my fat, so when I cut weight I can see my abs but there bigger and alot stronger, i'm not sure if weighted workouts are the best or not or with natural body weight, i'm trying to get bigger and also stronger abs can someone please help me, maybe with a list of workouts, with the amount of sets and reps, if possible to use dumbbell or not

    Thank you in advance

  • That's not right...back thickness and quad exercises are 2 sets and 15-20 is not only hamstrings...db exercises are 15-25 or even 20-30...skullcrushers too and other are 11-15, or 11-20 but there is no set number, you just do what works for you, but that's how dante has it laid out

  • this guy was FAT before he start to train

  • Yes, you are right. But for movements that put the lower back at risk i.e. deadlifts, rack pulls, t-bars...perform one heavier set (5-8 reps) followed by a lighter set (9-12 reps). In addition, quad movements are done by performing a heavy set (4-8) followed by a high rep set of 20+ (widowmaker).

  • very nice and slow training buddy!

  • For heavy moves like deads or rows you hit a real heavy weight for about 4 and then take strip down for 9ish, for moves like deads you cnt be messing with minis or negs as the weight will cripple you.

  • song?

  • Questions:

    1. Do you really need to do the 6s negative? Nobody seems to bother in any of the videos.

    2. Why 2 sets of deads?

    3. Are the rep ranges that Dante recomends (15-20) necessary/realistic if you're natural of is 12-15 better.

  • No shoes?

  • The one recommended for beginners is the best one. Three days a week is all you need. Unless your a monster who has been training DC for years you don't need anything else.

Whatever though, no matter what people are still going to do what they want to do so go on.

  • great workout man !!

  • Thank you all for the positive and encouraging comments.

  • at 4.12 you can see the deep breaths, he just edited the rest out, who wants to watch him breathing?? I mean come on

and for people commentin on the deadlifting, in DC is it a 'Back thickness' exercise, watch more DC training vids and you will see this is how most of them deadlift. Interested to know if any of you can deadlift the weight hes lifting?

  • thank you man

    !

  • Shit dude. you are going to have a wrecked back if you deadlift like that. i couldnt even watch.

  • What amazing power and strength!

  • why u dont have shoes when u r death lifting

  • cause you shouldnt have elevated heels while deadlifting or squating, this can hurt your knees, i train only in socks all the time

  • how is this DC ?

  • the chins were rest paused i believe for his width movement. The heavy deadlifts were for thickness. Rest paused set of dumbbell curls for biceps, then the rope hammer curls for forearms. All the components of DC style back training.

  • rest paused? i must of missed it!!!!15 deep breaths? dident see it, with DC you should be doing 1 set of about 8 then 15 deep breaths then 3 then 2 somthing like that and there was know extreme stretching this looked more like conventional training to me just saying

  • yeah thats true, you could be right. I just assumed he was rest pausing them. Most of his other videos are of DC training so i assumed this one was similar.

  • Perfect form,big weight,great job,man.

    Keep up the good work.

    Al the best,from Roumania

  • Please find the nearest tall building

  • crazy strong back and hams on those deads! you hardly used any quad to get the weight off the ground, it was almos like an RDL!

  • I was going to comment on the same thing. I don't want to be "that" guy who comes and knocks a video, but those deads were making me turn away a bit. He's obviously an ox, but there was no squatting into position here. The real thing for me was the hands inside the feet grip. It's very difficult not to round your shoulders with that grip, and it was looking pretty dangerous.

  • yo nice vid, im starting to plateau real bad. i always hop on youtube and watch some big fucks bust it in the gym to get my motivated. mission accomplished. any supplements you can recommend?

  • you are a freakin beast that works hard. You deserve all the muscle you got. Good luck man, stay healthy

  • What is DC Training???

  • were the lying rope curls for your biceps or your forearms?

  • I use them as a forearm exercise--especially after doing bi's; it's a good finishing move.

  • Your deadlifts are just amazing!

  • Thank you, sincerely.

  • Beautiful form. Your videos and size inspire me. Thank you!

  • Thank you--more to come.

  • @slayermetal7 hey buddy, how old are you?

  • Your size is my life goal in bodybulding

I think im 1/3 there. 2/3's and 6more years to go!!!

  • Wow really? Since training for 4 years that hadn't occured to me, Thanks for pointing that out captain obvious your faster then the speed of stupid!

    :)

  • what songs are these? anyone know? Thanks!

  • big muffa fucca

  • Good stuff bro, keep it up. I'll be trying DC trainin sometime in the future. Always lookin for a leg up ya know.

  • RP exercises are exercises that can be done for 3 sets or however many safely for a desired total number--SS exercises are usually a lot more compound oriented and usually involve back thickness and quad exercises--these exercises would risk the safety doing 3 or so sets to failure. Workouts last an hour and do not count, nor show warm-up sets--I rather do too many warm-ups than not enough! I used to post on IM--great site, just don't have the time to upkeep. Stay safe, get big!

  • Thanks Slayer. I am trying to get away from the high volume style work outs so DC sounds lik the next logical step in the evolution. Thanks for the reply.

  • I have a few questions that I figured would be relevant to others so I am asking here. First off, which exercises are RP and which SS? Second, how long of a rest are you taking between exercises (and straight sets)? Lastly, how long is the whole workout lasting? I am assuming you are not showing warm up sets right?

Anyway, thanks for any help and keep up the good work. One more question, do you post in IM?

  • so your on the three way split? where are the stretched? Man, your strong.

  • I am on a 3-way split because the other way just took too long. I do all the stretches at the end and thought it may become quite boring for people to watch them. Thank you for the kind words--just trying to repair some minor injuries before starting the fun again!

  • Sweet lifting. I'm going on a blast in a month and your videos are very motivating. Other than intensemuscle and t-nation, you got any sources you go to for information? Thanks in advance.

  • Thank you for the kind words...There is some good stuff up on EliteFTS. However, I have been away from the board scene for some time now...I may need to go back to gather newer information!

  • The DVD on DC Training with Jason Wojo is a great buy. I learned a ton from it, it's pretty much the bible of DC. Has the stretches, bonus exercises, etc.

  • Holy fuck you are strong man you make everything look so easy while lifting huge amounts of weight! Good job man!

  • kickass intro song bro

  • What the fuck?

You made deadlifting over 500lbs look so easy.

    I hate you :)

For real though - good work man

  • You're a beast man!

Got any tips on improving my Deadlifts?

  • Keeping things as simple as possible while pushing yourself to improve the deadlift through reps or weight everytime--I only do deadlifts every 2 weeks. Rack deads have helped me as well. Just record your progress so you know how far you've come! Good luck Bro!

  • nice vids, have u always trained DC style?

  • glad you've posted some more vids brother, your strength seems through the rough since the iraq vids

  • Great video man, keep up the hard work.

  • Great video man, keep up the hard work.

  • dude you have some sick ass strength! I was most impressed with your deadlifts. Only dropped 40 pounds for your back off set, that's kick ass!

  • Hey Bro--glad you commented--I love your guitar videos--same music taste! I am doing a mini-diet now and trying to keep as much strength as possible.

  • No reason why you can't keep it or even surpass it. I eat clean year after year and make steady gains. Only challenge I face is trying to fit all that food in there lol. When I get my demos up on myspace I'll let you know. Keep training like a freak!
