The Confessional - Hybrid CGI Zombie Movie

Please help - I search for a flash animation - was out of this world - priest with a shit gun in a curch fighting zombies. Think there were 2 or three parts and I recall a zombie coming out of a lake and a church and also it was about 10 minutes long. Priest was just sitting there? Anyone?

Constructive Critiques: Decent idea, but poorly executed. It was quite predictable that the priest was a zombie the whole time. The main actors performance was kind of weak. You need to psyche yourself out, get a good sweat going, work the facial expressions. Try to really convince the audience that you’re in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Also, I know it would be more difficult, but real life sets would be so much more authentic/scary. There’s just nothing that scary about an animated world

@JDBCreations JDB, thanks for the creative input. We originally wanted to use a real church but I was told none wanted to loan us the location for a "zombie movie" especially when they knew the content. As the screenwriter, I find the thought of God "turning his back on us" was a truly frightening one. I know some people will want to debate His existence and that is not the point of the story. It was just a really original way to explain zombies. But, we wanted a real church. That's all.

@tripleb221 I'm thinking that you could dress a garage up or use green screen to give the illusion that you're at a real church. Anyway, I apologize to all that were creatively involved if my critiques were a bit harsh. I know how it feels to work really hard on something and have someone come along and knock it down. I haven't really made any masterpieces myself. This movie did have a good script as well as good lighting and sound. Keep it up Bob, and take care.

Wow! Did not see that coming! NOT! Hehe! J/K, but well done! I liked the animation, especially when things are dark, the outdoor scenery works fine. Some of the indoor shots reveil that it's animation, but doesn't make much difference. It helps to have real actors, rather than animated characters. That adds some depth. Overall real well done!
