  • @PanohiroDAMV Use one of these internal resolutions (whichever you prefer/your PC can handle best): 1200x1200, 1080x1920, 720x1280

  • hi i folowed your settings fps is good but sound is not so good is suttering what can i doo?I have i3@3,7 video 1gb ddr5, and 4 gb ddr3@1600.Tried with latest sv 5100 and official 0.9.8 same problem..

  • @milya9 Is your FPS all the time at 60? You can try setting SPU2-X synchronizing mode to 'Async mix'

  • @PCSX2team with async mix it's ok..thanks i have frame rate between 50-60 it's normal?or must to bee permanent 50?

  • @milya9 If your game is PAL it should be 50 if it is NTSC it should be 60.

  • @PCSX2team can you show this game in Full HD on pcsx2 0.9.8 pls

  • @rajatGod512 It's pretty much the same, not much point in doing that :P

  • 2:05 "Hot effect" missing...

  • pls send the links boss imy internet connection is very slow i cant download plzz understand my problem boss u download in your pc and send the extract files to my email id plss reply me boss

  • @BALU9858 I will do no such thing. Just buy the game if you want it so much...

  • @PCSX2team LOL! I can't believe he expected you to do that!

  • @BALU9858 loser, quite a loser.

  • where can i find PCSX2 0.9.9 SVN rev 4731?

  • @PanohiroDAMV On our website pcsx2.net, click SVN at the top menu. You will find the latest SVN downloads there (newer than rev 4731)

  • Hi, i need ur help, what speed hack re u using for this game? my pc specs core i5 2500k 3.6 8gb ram 4x2 kingston and hd5770.

  • @FukuYamaFIRE84 Read the description, all settings are there.

  • well i finally get my i52500k, and i am very amazed,

first of all, tekken 5 runs on fullspeed with the stock speeds, tekken 4 without the frame limiter reaches more than 140 fps 0_0

then with tekken tag tournament i am very happy that finally dont has graphic glitches, but i have to oc my cpu to 4 ghz in order to get 60 fps, also some stages need some speedhacks enabled

  • I had a tekken 5 gameplay For PC too at my profile :)

  • Hai boss my name is balu pls tell me how to download tekken 5 for pc pls tell the website plss r send the game to my id r the extract files to my e mail id my id is dpkpalyboy@gmail.com plss if u send thegame i will extract the files and i will play the game pls send me i will weit for u r reply plzzzzzzzz

  • @BALU9858 The game size is actually 4.7 Gb, it will takes a week to download this game if your internet speed is slow!! Just let me know if you will still download this game, I will send the links through your e-mail.

  • does pcsx2 support widescreen?

  • @karadanianoI Yes it does

  • how much fps do you get in this game when the frame limiter is disabled, i assume with that clock settings the framerate should go to skies also in this game

  • @karadanianoI Depends on the resolution since at 3x or 4x native my poor 9800GTX quickly becomes the bottleneck ;)

  • I have a core 2 duo 6420 @2.13ghz(stock) and a xfx 9800gtx+ 512mb

I just can't play tekken tag properly it runs, am i doing something bad or maybe should i try overclocking the proc?? help me :D

  • @CybPhoenix Tekken Tag is a b*tch to emulate under PCSX2, it is much more demanding than 4 or 5. Yeah overclocking your processor will get your FPS up but I'm afraid you'll need something like 4 Ghz for this one to run full speed :/

  • ah! i can't run it with this rig

    Windows 7 64x

    intel Core2Duo E7500 2.93Ghz

    Geforce 9500GT/512MB

    4GB RAM

the odd thing is PCSX2 showing that i have 30+FPS but i feel like 10+FPS below or maybe the PCSX2 plugins/setting just not set properly? do you have some advice here?

  • @k3nzh1n082 You probably are overusing speed hacks (and I guess the VU cycle stealing one especially) which cause the false FPS readings

  • @PCSX2team

i see thanks i guess i really can't run PCSX2 with my rig *lol* anyway this is the only best PS2 emulator out there and keep up the good work ^^

  • @k3nzh1n082 Your rig isn't that bad for PCSX2, it's just that Tekken 5 is quite demanding ;) I'd suggest trying out some other games before giving up :P

  • Could i play this smooth on i 3 (4 core) 3,0ghz 6 gb ram and gtx 460 OC? Cool emulator btw ;-)

  • @erkki554 Yeah I guess you could if you got the latest SVN and used the MTVU speed hack. Do note though that your i3 is a dual core with hyper-threading, quite weaker than a real quad core ;)

  • @PCSX2team so you mean ots dualcore and hyperthreding makes it somehow as quadcore even dxdiag tolds that 4 core..... and i migth test tomorrow though 0.9.8 crashed on me always before i dunno if its been cause win 7 64bits? thx anyway.

  • @erkki554 Something like that, I assume you have this processor: Intel® Core™ i3-540. It has 2 physical cores, which give you 2 threads and 2 virtual cores from hyper-threading which give you 2 more threads so in total 4 threads (that is what Windows reports). Nope 0.9.8 works perfectly on Win 7 64bit (using it myself on this OS). If you have any problems, you should use our support forum here: forums.pcsx2.net ;)

  • @PCSX2team ok thank you

  • @PCSX2team Can i run most games ?

    this are my pc specs:

    intel core 17 2630Qm 2.00GHz

    nvidia geforce GT 540M 1GB

    6GB Ram

  • @shumi43211 2 Ghz is very low for PCSX2, you'll be able to run some easy to emulate games at good speeds but not most.

  • Hi where to get the lastest plugins?

GSdx v0.1.16 (AVX) SVN rev 4731

mine is v0.1.16 rev4600.. Is this enough for Tekken 6? My laptop is not as smooth as this video

  • @600baller Tekken 6 is not for the PS2...your speed problems have nothing to do with the GSdx plugin, your PC is just not powerful enough.

  • @PCSX2team

sorry I meant tekken 5 this game

I can play other games like final fantasy with regular speed

My graphic card is GeForce 310M; CPU is i7; 4G ram.. not enough?

Right now I can play with speed hack VU cycle stealing max, but the graphic doesn't show properly in some stages. Is there any way to fix it?

  • Is there a plugin or something so that I can put a PS2 game into my disk drive and play it with the emulator?

  • @kitethehacker Yes, Gigaher'z CDVD plugin is included with the PCSX2 release. You can use that to directly run DVDs

  • @PCSX2team I am trying to install it on my laptop and It shows I do not have any bios roms. I do have a playstation 2, because it says I need a legal copy, but what do I do?

  • non native internal resolution and no vertical black lines?

  • @ZenStrive52 Yes are you going to ask the same question in every video? Just use the listed settings in the description and you won't get vertical black lines.

  • where can i download dammit!!!!

  • @spuderito1 We won't support piracy here...buy the game if you want to play it that much.

  • @PCSX2team

no man i wan to download the emulator with already plugin and everything necessary to play not the game please send me the link

  • @spuderito1 Pro tip: Check our website...it's in every video description. It will not be including the bios files required, since that would be illegal. You have to get those from your own PS2 console.

  • @spuderito1

you guys are so mean we just wanna play

  • @spuderito1 And I just told you how. I don't see how I'm mean about helping you :P

  • @TheLinuxinside First that is not Tekken 5 it is Tekken Tag Tournament. Second, you are probably trying to run it the wrong way. Read the CDVD section of the configuration guide in pcsx2.net

  • Tekken 5 with progressive mode, gives amazing graphics. Wonderfull performance.

@DzsabiCsipa just turn on Progressive mode in tekken 5 settings ,you'll no more red lines.

  • @khalifa1942 yes u will be able to run in full speed :]

  • i have c2d e7500 intel 2.93

    hd 4850 ati

its good enough to play tekken max speed !!?

  • Am i doing something wrong? I sat with the emulator on more than one occasion trying to get it to work like this (yes I did check the forum) and I don't get anything close to this. I know its not my PC because I tried it on my friends quad-core gaming PC as well. So could someone please post the exact settings used. Would be much appreciated.

  • @sadisticextacy You mean the ones posted in the video description? ....

  • @PCSX2team

yeah the config for the video.Like i said I get nothing close to this.

  • @sadisticextacy I don't understand what you mean. Settings, PCSX2-plugin versions and system specs are in the description. If you use those, you'll get this performance...

  • @PCSX2team not me..... back to the drawing board

  • @sadisticextacy duude.. on default settings without fps limits ur tekken 5 was gettin about 100 fps? cuz my friend i3 is beast.. i have to choose bullshit settings cuz it works too fast.

  • Does somebody have graphic bugs like grid on the top half of screen or blurry screen at some stages too? Look at my tekken 5 vid and you know what i mean. Also theres one stage that moves faster than the others.

  • ur guys so cooolll...ive been checking ur site for years...i dont think other emu on par wif this

how the hell ur guys did become programmer.......i wish i could help toooo but

  • In the "City At Sunset" arena when the camera turns to the sun there are some red lines in the middle of the screen and I got a horrible slowdown that time. The emulator is not beta, I'm using the official 0.9.8 release with the same settings which are in the description. Spec.: Core 2 Duo 3,8 GHz, 2GB Kingmax and 9800GT Geforce. Why this is happening?

  • How do I get that high FPS?

    I have 2 GB RAM

    NVidia GT9400 512MB

    I use GSDX10 D3D10 (hardware)

    and speedhacks set to max

    I get about 45 FPS.

How do I speed it up like your video?

  • @creatura90 You didn't mention the most important part of your PC for PCSX2 speed, the processor. Without knowing that I can already tell you that your processor is not fast enough. Still if you want more detailed help, you should use our forum ( forums.pcsx2.net )

  • @PCSX2team It's Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.5 GHZ 2.4 GHZ

  • Wich VU recompiler you used?

  • @DzsabiCsipa Default, meaning MicroVU.

  • epic, i wish i could set it up not to lag

  • What the best revision from pcsx2 ?

N how to setting it ?

I use 9.6 n already sett it, I look to the forum on my country, but I think its not go so well

Can u help me n answer my question :D

  • @vexenas ...all settings and versions used are included in the description.

  • @PCSX2team ow, yeah, I get it, btw for others game, the configuration is same too ?

  • @vexenas Not always, so check it in each game

  • Hmm weird, thought that would be the problem trying to dload it. it says that im missing a program to dload it, which im not. Im using winzip,is there a solution?

  • @awesomeazamar Just get the full installer, that would be all you need.

  • is there a 64bit version for windows 7? or in the making

  • @awesomeazamar No there isn't and not in the making, there would be barely any speed benefit. The 32bit version works fine in 64bit operating systems though.

  • Great! What resolution is this running in? (the game not the vid)

    Also does Antialiasing work?

  • @TheInfinitea Resolution is noted in the video description ( Internal Resolution: 1200x1200 ). Didn't try AA since it is still experimental and anyway increasing the internal res does a better job than AA usually.

  • @PCSX2team Ah I missed that. Thanks.

  • whoaaa your PC specs is killer!

  • i cant find Gsdx rev 4731 i have rev 4600...

  • @panohiro It is an SVN version, compile it yourself or search for it on the internet (we offer no support for them though)

  • I have strange problem. My fps is about 60 (NTSC), but gameplay is slower (like 45 fps). What's going on?

  • @ZJinx1 You're using too many hacks which break the FPS meter

  • good job, now waiting for Tekken Tag Tournament fully playable

  • how do u get it to work

  • @Dmt4030 I've listed all settings in detail in the description...how hard can it be to copy them?

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome graphical demonstration, as well as gameplay demonstration.
