continued: I once came to an interview where they didn't even have my CV and they apologised to me. But they know they made the mistake not me. I prepared, they have to prepare too, are you going to work for a company that doesn't care about u? Maybe that is ok for a cheap job. They then liked me and invited me back for a second interview, but I didn't get it because someone else had more experience than me but they did like me a lot.

she chats shit. I have a software development job now, I've had like 15 interviews in the last 3-4 months and I never bring anything with me. I've only been asked about the company about 2-3 times(but yeah you should know basic knowledge of what he company does). If you prepare, the company has to prepare too by printing out the CV's for themselves, or the company aren't serious about you too. Recruiters don't really know that much, all they know is enthusiasm enthusiasm enthusiasm lol.

What about when you have a great interview and you don't get the job??? I do my research. I honestly think if you're attractive it works against you in most cases. I interviewed with a younger guy, and he was practically drooling... great interview on my part, but I could tell he was attracted to me. He was shy, blushing, and googly eyed! I didn't get the job! Even after the fact that he said I was highly qualified! Older females are great, but younger females almost never hire me.
