i try to give my green cheeked conure a bath.. but he flies away from the water. ive tried putting him in very shallow water about up to his feet but he just flies away. can someone tel me what is wrong

i keep thinking i see steam, but if it was that hot, wouldn't the birds not like it? and the human? so it must be pretty cold in that kitchen or something. o_0u

i agree they seem like they really care for them, my bird has a little rock bath thing its cute he starts jumping it, hes a green cheek. :-)
