@tnasisi, you must choose Kratos instead of Zelos, have the title "judgement" equiped then when you have low health( or in over the limit) press simultaneously [],X,O( make sure that LLoyd doesn't have the flamberge equiped because if it haves SB did not work)

It's a AD skill that lets you charge a spell, you cast it but It doesnt activate, and then you start attacking, and while you are doing that the spell that you casted before is activated.

You don't have to beat Seles with Zelos in your party. You just have to have him in your party to see the first two scenes with her at the coliseum.

Actually you just need to do the Seles fight quest before entering the tower where SPOILERS happen that decides whether or not Kratos becomes part of your group.

Thunder Blade was normally casted. He just delayed it.

Uhh... Im sure that you know what Spell Charge does right? You delay the spell press the attack button then the spell is charged. For the spell to activate it has to be an end of a combo. In this case fireball was charge.

My mistake I ment attack instead of combo. For genis just use the attack button once.

You can cast a spell after the first but you can't charge over the spell you already have charged. BTW it's called Spell Charge.

im not sure cause i dont have this version of the game but im pretty sure that you must have the judgement title and your life must be very low but thats all i know...

I think you have to use Demon Spear 100 times, have Judgement costume on, then hold Tech, Attack, Defend and it should work

if you look carefully at the sword kratos is using, you can see during shining bind that it turns into the red sword of the material blade.

Yeah indeed...just to clear things up for everyone, the Material Blades are composed of two swords, the red blade (Flameberge) and the blue blade (Vorpal Sword). And, Kratos does pull out the Flameberge during Shining Bind, which is why Lloyd can't have the Material Blades equipped for Kratos to use it. Also, nice combo, no spell cancel crap made it good too.

Kratos doesn't need to perform Shining Bind in Overlimit. His only conditions are Lloyd isn't equipped with the Vorpal Sword and Flamberge and Kratos is at below 10% HP or something. Zelos has Divine Judgment as another Hi Ougi, so his Shining Bind is harder to do.

In the Gamecube english version, Lloyd can do his Hi-Ougi with Material blade equipped, Eternal Swordsman title, and he has to be a low HP and TP. Then, all you have to do is press A, B, and X at the same time. Genis and Collette can also do theirs. No one else can.

Fail. You don't need the title equipped. You just need the material blade, 15% or lower HP, 100TP and you had to SEE the scene when Lloyd gets the title, and press A+B+X at the same time.

And Shining Bind and everyone elses Hi Ougi besides Lloyd, Collete and Genis are in the Japanese version only.

yes u can get that sword in the english version cuz i have! okay after the flanoir scene where u talk to etheir collete genis kratos sheena etc with jus them. go to meltokio and participate as zelos in single match. warning if u go to the tower of salvation befor this it will not wrk. win all matches then win them all agai to face seles. deafeat her and the sword is urs!

Not quite right.

It doesn't matter with whom you speak in Flanoir, correct. But you can get the sword after killing Zelos/Zelos "betraying" you. You just have to defeat Seles.
