I don't really think Jafar did that many evil things. Seriously, Frollo killed a baby's gypsy mother, then locked the baby up in a clock tower till he was 20. Frollo's number 1 in my opinion.

No, Ratigan was twice as good a villain. What made him so brilliant was that he was insane from the start, but he was always trying to hide it until we see him for the monster he is at the end of the film.

Most UNDERrated: Shere Khan(come on his mere presence propels the plot of the story.) and i dont know how many of you have seen Brer fox or Brer Bear. they are also underrated.
Most OVERrated: Meleficent. oooohh she made someone basicly fall asleep. she could have just killed the girl. thats what Scar or Shere Khan would have done.

Maleficent was ONE of the best, but not my favorite. Shere Khan was okay. Scar was great. Though, the best Disney Villain... I'm still trying to choose between Chernabog and Claude Frollo.

Never seen Nightmare Before Christmas. And only watched Pirates of the Caribbean 2 once, must admit that Davy Jones was creepy but the villians from my childhood were the most memorable. Thanks though!

Maleficent was the only villan ever to call ALL THE POWERS OF HELL! Actually she was HELL ITSELF! you could see it from her transformation to the Dragon...if you ask me she is the most evil and greatest villan! As for her appearence and voice what more can i say...she is Amazing!
