I just came across a book called: Death to Diabetes by DeWayne McCulley (published in 2005). I am about to obtain it from the library. Have you heard of it? Read it? I would be interested on your comments on this book.
I take Lysine, Mega B (has all the types of Vitamin B's) odorless fish oil tablets and Ecinatia.
Very important for diabetics to start early in their diabetic years and stick to it.
Unfortunately I and my parents just relied on doctors advice, that is stick to your good sugar levels and it will be fine, not necessarily, eat well, take above vitamins, vegetable juices are great also, and exercise, like dont have to run a marathon just a brisk walk 20-30mins
