I have a question, I watched your video about the perfect character, alright, I'll have 10 intelligence if i follow your guide, but you mentioned the almost perfect perk that comes the question: Even if i got 10 intelligence and i pick the perk, will the intelligence return to 9? If it does, it's really simple to wait 'till you get the rest of the bobble heads. Thanks in advance.

Almost perfect only raises your special point's, it will never lower them.

Special bobbleheads were not replaced with snowglobes dumbass, they were replaced with implants.

@DoubleGaming there are snowglobes, but they don't change your specials or skills in any way. The only benefit they have is 2000 caps a piece to a robot in the lucky 38 and an achievement for collecting all 7. :)

About the almost perfect perk, There is a mod on "fallout3 nexus" that makes it so when you take the Almost perfect perk, if you found a bobblehead for a SPECIAL Skill, That skill is raised to 10 instead. t
