It's not level 9 - it's NAIGC (National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs) which is a just for fun club level for college students. Though the rules are based on level 9, everyone is very different levels - from basic beginners like me to girls who used to be level 9 or 10. The scores then reflect where you are. This routine scored somewhere around a 5 or 6. Someone whose routine was more difficult would score somewhere closer to a 9 or 10.
