@Driver2Vegas Good ear! As itnow already pointed out, it's Crosby, Stills and Nash, but Nash was freshly recruited away from the Hollies and lent his distinctive high harmonies to both groups.
im missing my front tooth due to one of the hells angel hitting me with a bat on accident he turned aroud and said "oops soryy man you cool and i was to scard to say anything then he turned bak around and started beating another guy i was so scard i thought i was gonna die that day
wtf. I don't see why these people never put the doors or jim morrison in this documentry! they were one of the greatest physedelic rock groups ever...what a pity.
Try "Celebration of the lizard" by the Doors (it is included just in live CDs, "not to touch the earth" belongs to this kind of "doors ceremony". "The Soft Parade", "Strange days", even "Light my Fire".
are you fucking kidding me? they showed crosby stills and nash and the doors are way more psychedelic than them. The doors were around when the real psychedelic move came around in 65. They were pioneers of the psychedelic sound in cali.
@Cam6769 Couldn't agree with you more. I love CSN, but they don't belong in this documentary. Even the Byrds are questionable; one song like "Eight Miles High" does not make them an acid rock band. What prompted the producers to include both groups was probably a desire to get in some interview footage with Crosby - he was such a counterculture icon.
@Seasass i recon its cus its showing how psychedelic rock progressed towards country/folk rock in the late 60s/70s, from CSNY to the Grateful Dead and jefferson airplane. it became much more folk and country

They were psychedelic really ? I didn't hear any psychedelic on 'em :s
