  • Great airplane, super ! Congratulations from USA

  • But the real question is.... can it blow shit up???

  • It seems russia's Mig and Su do better manoeuvers and aerobatics and are too good as compared to others fighter jets.

  • Did they get their hands on the looser to the F-22's blue prints? That would be the YF-23 that Northrop developed.

  • T-50 looks a millions better than fucking F22 Raptor. Russia knows how to build impressive planes.

  • This looks like the Northrop YF 23 Gee they cant come up with there own design blah

  • can you say f23?

  • the design is similar to the f22, i know russia could do better but theyre broke, and their military is very corrupt...

  • You mean Debt, right?

  • THE COUNTRY WITH THE MOST MONEY WINS.....OH YEH AND COCKINESS!!!!!!USA BABY!!!!

  • @PUFFER454 remember USA has one of highest deficit level in the world: USA is has ranking place 13 and Russia has a ranking of 160 only- yeah baby- lol.

  • WOW i fkin hate to see people stuck up in their puny little mindset arguing over which country beats everybodys asses. You faggots remember that wars are fought with PEOPLE and not the toys they give them to play with. WAR is crime and nobody wants WAR to spread over the world. sure the Americans never shared that feeling since the end of their civil war. Go fuck your selfish believes of securing peace from abroad by enslaving 3rd world countries and preventive attacks on possible enemies.

  • Might not look like the F-22, but it certainly shares lines with the YF-23! Looks like the normal Russian nose and cockpit areas and a slimmed down body, but it certainly was ogled very carefully by Russian aeronautics engineers!

  • The russian have very good scientist and the technologys is cheaper than the US technologys !

  • Wow!!! Looks a lot like the YF-23. Surprise, surprise!

  • @dm100971 And Yak-141 is the grand daddy of f-35? your point dipshit?

  • @dm100971 and it looks nothing like it rofl... all you idiots love shiny colors and how cool it looks... its all about whose behind the wheel and whats under the hood.

  • To all people who don't know about Russian/Soviet military technology and capability. Early 1980th USA was very far behind of USSR in military power, so get the real picture now and stop lying to yourself by saying it looks like f22 or anything like that. Remember Soviet Union was the pioneer in almost everything, from military to cosmos and anything you can imagine and it was richest country on EARTH and Russia possess more than 45% of all mineral resources of the world in its territory...

  • @powerofthroughts you are a piece of shit. You defended China's stealing and copying too. What's wrong with the Chinese. Always copy and make counterfeit products. I see made-in-China Longines, Movado, LV purse, Versace sunglasses, fighter jets (copy Russia and US jets), anything you name, China makes it fake. Shame on the Chinese people for profitting $500 billions/year from making counterfeit products.

  • @sfsd911 Well, copy something and have ability to build it is better than buy stuff from Russian and U.S. also call them "daddy" isn't it true vietnam boy?

  • If it were an imitation of the f-22 then why is it not falling apart in flight?

Apart from that it has way more in common with mig shapes then any f-model plane.

You can say what you want about Russians but they have always been the foremost avionic innovators.

  • @demammoet ? How do you make this analysis? The only thing they "innovated" in the last 70 years was they were among the first airforces to use a servicable HMD device which everyone else copied in about 5 years.I think if I really researched it I can prove that the Israelis had theirs working first and the Russians "borrowed" the tech.Russian planes are sexy as hell and have great performance but the U.S. or allies have destroyed enough since Vietnam to prove they don't have any advantages

  • @surfgodx in reality not 5 but 15-20 years was needed before the western fighters get first HMD integrated with the control system weapons, first operating HMD combind RC-RLDN were on the MiG-25 in early 1970 long before of french or israeli developments in this area .

in 1980,the MiG-29s equipped with specially designed systems, close combat, using R-73 "Archer''

and a still about innovation avio-sistems of APD/DSD and PESA also first in the world were used in the MiG-31=)

  • @ultrashkas *shrugs* it really doesn't matter since we (Russian pilots and equipment vs American pilots and equipment) haven't fought since Vietnam so there is no clear cut proof that any technical advantages have been gained by either side.the one overwhelming piece of proof we have from actual combat records,is that American planes (whether flown by US pilots or it's allies like Israel) have dominated Russian aircraft since the F-4E came out.

  • #surfgodx Vietnam: Russian planes were superior but they had poor targeting systems.

American test pilots often refused to fly if they didn't have a russian ejection seat, since the american industry has no qualms about making self-destruction devices to please the gods of capital.

What else is there, Antonov, who hit space first?

Don't compare the decline of the Soviet Union with the triumph of the west.

At the hight of the Soviet Union (and before) Russian technology was quite beyond western.

  • @surfgod I ment..

  • @demammoet ? The proof is in the combat record which is something like 20 (or even higher):1 in favor of American jets....after the F-4E anyways. The F-15 for instance has DOCUMENTED over 100 kills to 0 losses...that pretty much sums it up as far as I'm concerned

  • @surfgodx that would probably be because america never gets into a fight with countries that are cabable of defending themselves.

  • @b45her so you are saying all the Mig's and Su's we shot down over the last 30 years were defenseless against us?...thank you for proving my point

  • @demammoet

Well, the Su-27 looks awesome at airshows and on paper, but then it doesn't have little things like weight-on-wheels locks for undercarriage. Recently a Flanker pilot pulled the wrong lever on landing roll-out and retracted his nose wheel. He was fined for the damage.

It is little things like this, and overall reliability, that make Western aircraft better. Thinks like when you launch a missile the probability of failure of Western missiles is much lower than Soviet ones.

  • sadly this is a copy of the F-23. None of the engine redesigns but still a copy. Still a nice looking plane though.

  • @powerofthroughts and how the fuck did Russia invade chechnya huh? rightly so you moron huh? Russians killed even cats and dogs in Chechnya and not only humans> 99% of the world hates your country coz you guys as well as americans are just blood suckers

  • Nice. can't wait to see them having a Sim combat between allies. [ war game ] Is the only way to know how the A/C behave in real combat.

  • its just another Mig 29 done up to look like a F22 Raptor. And it looks like the pilot was having trouble flying that piece of crap...LOL. So not impressed

  • Another piece of crap Russian plane...... Wonder how long til this one crashes at an airshow

  • none of you should say anything without actually knowing about aircraft. it appears to be a capable airframe, the design, while rather reminiscent of the YF-23 prototype certainly has the sukhoi flair.

im surprised at the round engine exhausts, which will produce a larger radar cross section than the rectangular ones appearing on the F-22.

it will be interesting to see who buys this and who will come out on top if this and the F-22 ever meet in combat (red flag doesnt count b/c it has rules)

  • @powerofthroughts lol hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha your such a fucking retard there is no point to argue with a child that has down syndrome you fucking retard lol ooo and i dont know if you remembered anything about chechnya hmmmm..... guess not do some research dumbass hahaha

  • @powerofthroughts lol you mad bro americans have been working with stealth since the U-2 the russians are still touching the tip of the ice berg you obviously havnt done your homework lol t-50 is just as bad as the yf-23 the f-22 is sooo much better now the mig .44 and the f-22 would be one helluva battle do some research learn what you are talking about before you have a seizure on the internet buddy good day to you :)

  • ... it looks like a shitty version of the yf-23 id rather fly a mig.44

  • 2:02 UFO

  • Looks like a YF-23. Cool.

  • @Maverickrad you mean f-22?

  • We need Clint Eastwood to steal this.

  • test pilot. the most dangerous job in military aviation.

  • 3:12 = Russian Bromance

  • did the Russians copy the yf23 to make this or did the Americans copy this to make the yf23?

  • @Zippy1357 The YF-23 and T-50 have almost no common ground besides the slightly tilted fuselage. That's the only similarity between the aircrafts. Also the YF-23 was flying in the 90s where the T-50 first flew at 2010.

  • Russia-india forever!

  • Get it through your thick dumb fucking skulls... Russia creates all these tech's to SELL THEM. They know no one has the balls to invade them so they just sit back and make money... Country was reborn 20 years ago... Look at where they are at now.

  • @Hatinonthehaters Couldn't agree more :)

  • @Hatinonthehaters agreed

  • @Hatinonthehaters bullshit

  • @Hatinonthehaters Looking at where they are now... still dirt poor.

  • The guy below me is damn right.

  • The F22 won the comp over the YF 23, however, the YF 23 outperformed the YF 22 on many levels. I think the Russians are on a winner here, Sukhoi is making the best dog fighters in the world today, only in stealh does the and radar capability does the F22 shine over the conventional Su 35 for example. In a close in dogfight, the Sukhois are way more manouverable, and the IRIS-T is a real edge in engagement capability. I would prefer Australia purchase these over the F35, which is way too pricey.

  • ROFL maybe they didnt notice but this design lost to the F22 in the 90s. I'm sure they did so they were like (instead of copying the f22 which the world know lets copy the Northrup Grumman design which lost) Cant wait till china starts looting russias designs or vice versa (If that day ever comes)

  • As other nations acquire modern technologies, of which this jet is a good example, the U.S. Establishment will think twice before starting a new war. Thinking is good, ladies and gentlemen, we all can use our brains before our muscles.

  • I bet it's as stealthy as a flying cow. Nice improvement over su35 though. Sexy plane for proud Russians. Enjoy. I think the big advantage over f22 is the cost. The latest I heard is that 120 f22s in US arsenal cost over 300mil each due to cancellation of the program. US needs strong and stable Russia so we can maintain military industrial complex for jobs and innovation. Thanks comrades!

  • @kozak317 As a matter of fact a flying cow would have a rather small radar sign.

  • @Dinagual velikiye strani ne bivayut mirolubimiye

  • Where do the missiles go?

  • @Blackgam3r United States

  • @Thetrutv lol

  • Is this video slightly altered? The images look squashed.

  • This plane looks like a mix of the f-22 and the yf-23

  • @harshlens yet the nose is unmistakably Sukhoi

  • @ComradeFlorian31 Sorry you are wrong. The sukhoi got round nose, check the YF-23 its more of a geometry figure, and thats how the PAK FA nose is aswell.

  • @harshlens Wrong, neither the F22 or YF23 have canards, 3d vectoring thrust, etc.

  • @r4f4st4n1 ok are you brain dead ? of course the plane is not 100% the same. Common fucking think before writting stupid shit like you just did. We are talking about a general desing and ressemblance. Its undeniable that the PAK looks like the f22 and the yf23 period.

  • @harshlens They're stealth fighters, I mean, PAKFA is a multirole. It's obvious that they have to look similiar, I see you know nothing of physics.

  • @harshlens If we're talking about general design then all humans are the same . We have two legs, two arms, a head -even though some don't ;)-...

They just look alike, but inside they're different...

  • @KRaikkonenSF woaa, what a comparison :S keep believing whatever you want I dont care. Also if you are so egor to try and convince me of the contrary, than to me that means that I am write and you just wish that the facts werent true.

Well, keep believing your so-called "facts" if you want, I let you enjoy your life ;) !

  • @KRaikkonenSF taguel blaireau, moterur à réaction nanana dickhead.

  • @harshlens Funny, you neither speak English nor French XD !

  • @r4f4st4n1 I would not say that it's 3D, it's more 2D

  • @MrDenLion Then the F22 is 1d.

  • @r4f4st4n1 agree :)

  • najbojli avion 5 generacija

  • russian fighters are the best

  • hi.

  • In Soviet Russia, they'd have been shot after the test flight inorder to keep the details secret.

  • I wonder when will it display that supermaneuverability we see in the Su-30 and Su-35 series. This one also incorporates 3d thrust vectoring controls why isn't it performing the same stunts the Su-35 is performing?

  • @StiviGun1

If we're to believe the video's title is correct, on it's maiden flight it would not be put through it's paces like that. The first flight is mainly to see that it flies, and how it flies. First flights are about making sure the airplane won't crash and burn, later flights are more about pushing the envelope.

  • @interwebh8machine Well, I'm looking forward for the future flights. I'm very curious to see if it's as maneuverable as the Su-35.

  • 3:45 is most epic

  • Half ass version of the F22

  • @gohuge Nah, better version of the YF-23. The YF-23 was better than the F-22 anyway.

Plus, the cost is a lot better. 57 million (highest estimate) for a Su PAK FA versus 150 million for an F-22. That is why the F-22 has been cancelled too, total cost of the program is over 60 billion dollars.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs The PAK FA costs 100 million, not 57 million. And the reason why the F-22 was canceled was not because it cost 60 billion dollars (the F-35 costs 382 billion and rising but nobody cancels it), but because of stupid American politicians.

The only thing PAK FA has in common with YF-23 is the fact that the vertical tail fins are inclined just like on the YF-23. But the YF-23 was superior. It was also superior to the F-22.

  • @StiviGun1 can you cite sources?

The F-22, like the RAH-66 and F-35, is a money pit. The F-35 isn't dead because of the other part of it's name, Joint Strike Fighter. It's an international project. The overall design of the PAK FA is very similar to the YF-23 with the addition of elevators instead of ruddervators, and with proposed 3D thrust vectoring.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs No, the F-22 was not at all a money pit. The program actually met its budgetary requirements. The F-35, however didn't. It costs much more than the F-22, it had MUCH MORE failures than the F-22, yet nobody's cancelling it. The F-22 was canceled because of cheap Russian propaganda and the Democrat's desire to cancel a Republicans' program.

The PAK FA is not at all like the YF-23. The intakes are placed and shaped differently on the YF-23. The nose is different. The

  • @StiviGun1 Do you know what a Ruddervator is? Do you know what an Elevator and a Rudder is? Do you know that the republicans killed the RAH-66? Do you know that the Cold War has been over for over 20 years?

The F-35 and the F-22 are both money pits, the difference is that the F-35 is an international program and the F-22 isn't. Neither should have been allowed bloated budgets. Period.

I never said the PAK FA and the YF-23 were the same in design, they are similar.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs I know exactly what a "ruddervator", elevator and a rudder is...

The Republicans killed the RAH-66 because it was designed by companies considered to be Democratic. That's why they also canceled the Super Tomcat program. And that's why the Democrats canceled the F-22. And they're both idiots because they canceled some very advanced weapons systems that America needed.

Don't tell me about the Cold War, because it's Russia who develops new ICBMs, not US.

    BTW, if you

  • @Reynard13Fuchs ask me, I think the YF-23 should've been chosen, not the F-22. The YF-23 was a much more capable fighter. And so would its JSF derivative have been. But the Republicans chose the F-22 and decided to spread its production facilities in almost every state, so the Democrats couldn't cancel it. Well, the Democrats canceled it, but they're morons. They deprived the US military from a very important and capable asset.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs YF-23's wings are of a totally different design. The only thing the Russians took from the YF-23 was the movable rudders, that's it. The PAK FA is not at all like the YF-23.

  • lol nuke= fuk ur plane

  • It might be deadly, but man is that thing ugly.

  • @Vbluguitar How is it deadly? carries no weapons.

  • @OlderG0ds Its a heavy fighter. How do you figure that it will have no weapons? Its designed to hold 2 30mm cannons and up to 7500kg of bombs and missiles.

  • @Vbluguitar War doesnt meant to be pretty

  • @temich1985 Yeah, but a majority of the worlds modern jet fights are graceful and beautiful. Just think of the Su-27 and its classic lines or the F-15 and its sleek rocket sled appearance. This T-50 looks like a big flying Lego blob.

  • Who do u think they or spending this money for protection from? Our very stupid or kill machine is not going to stop until we do something about it. Come on US stop these threats before 75% of your children die from them!

  • Ugly thumbnail

  • This looks a LOT like a YF-23.

  • looks like a small SR-71 to me any other ideas?

  • Так этош старьё, я вам во чё кажу. слышол что т-90 уже есть, о оно как прогресс то пошёл...до невиданных чудес.

  • I prefer mustang gt....

  • In Mother Russia, plane flies you.

  • I got a NATO codeword for it: T50 Flunder

  • The round jet outlet don't look very stealthy lol.

  • @alansmz the canopy too. too many struts and the pilots helmet will send back a lot of radar signals.

  • @DornDaniel Radar does not hit the pilots helmet in any aircraft because it is covered by the canopy. And the YF-23 had one strut, just like the PAK FA and the F/A-18.

The USAF didn't like the strut since they were used to the F-16 canopy. They claimed that the YF-23 was less stealthy with the strut, the truth was that they didn't want to change and didn't like how it looked.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs cockpit canopy is coated with a thin film transparent conductor. Because radar waves would normally enter the cockpit, reflect off objects (the inside of a cockpit has a complex shape, with a pilot helmet alone forming a sizeable return), and possibly return to the radar, but the conductive coating creates a controlled shape that deflects the incoming radar waves away from the radar. The coating is thin enough that it has no adverse effect on pilot vision.

  • @DornDaniel Yes, the conductor is called Gold. It's one of the best conductors and is great for diminishing the intensity of sunlight in thicker, darker coats. And it is found in nearly every aircraft canopy.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs But the Pak Fa has a strut in its canopy which will reflect radar beams

  • What an awesome plane! But I love the MiG-21 more! :D

  • Junk

USA - LOL

  • Da, Comrade! Russian plane is great! MOTHERLAND!

  • We had the first fifth Generation Fighter, our Prototype, the YF-22's first flight was 1990. The PAK FA Prototype's first flight was 2010, that are 20 Years difference, the F-22 is older than the PAK FA but it has better avionics, it is more Stealth, has a smaller RCS, low Exhausts, and more.

  • @TankNutJohn89 А ещё он летает,как утюг,не может атаковать наземные цели и 10 самолётов стоят как авианосец.

  • @MrSanya1989: Russian Fighters are made for close Combat, American Fighters are made for BVR-Combat, the german Eurofighter with Captor-Radar can track the F-22 ( RCS=0,1m² ) in 80km. The F-22 with APG-77 can track the EF ( RCS=1m² ) in 240km. With ALR-94 even in 460km. The F-22 was developed in 1976 - 1990 as a air superiority fighter, not as a attacker, but the F-22 can still use JDAMs for Ground Support, the F-22 costs 189 million $, the PAK FA will NOT cost under 100 million $ anyways.

  • @TankNutJohn89 This plane is not finished yet . It's too early to talk about its specs . And most of the data regarding the F-22 is classified . We can make suppositions but we can't prove anything .

  • @KRaikkonenSF: Of course it isn't finished yet, but it will use a modified Version of Irbis-E which is used in SU-35BM, the SU-35BM ( Irbis-E ) can track a 1m² target at 140km, the Captor of the Eurofighter can track a 1m² target at 190km, and the F-22's APG-77 does it at 240km, with ALR-94 even at 460km. Not everything is classified, same with Tanks, many armor specs are unveiled.

  • @TankNutJohn89 Sure, Northrop-Grumman took a great pleasure in publishing the range of the 77, (always good to show off a bit !) but the Raptor's stealth capacities are one of the best kept secrets of the US. Russia invited the USAF to engage the Raptor in a DACT exercise next year, but I think they declined. I also heard that the T-50 is planned to have about 10 arrays, which COULD provide a 360° scan. But again, it's nothing but a rumour, no reliable intel has been made public.

  • siempre que valga menos que el raptor. sera muy comprado

  • I like russians they're funny...how they copy shit...lol

  • @yankee22167

Funny how americans think they've invented everything.

  • @Suyamu

Yes some americans are naive. But what really tickles my bone is russians or the chinese for that matter thinking their technology is equal if not better than that of the americans. Now that is funny.

  • @IauthenticI

it is in some areas, in others it's not.

  • @yankee22167 I disagree . Soviet Union used to copy foreign technology, but this country no longer exists . What was true 30 years ago is not necessarily true today . This plane uses a fully Russian radar, fully Russian engines and fully Russian missiles . It looks like the F-22 but inside they're just completely different .

And the USA also copied foreign technologies . Who has invented the flying wing ? Germans . Even your B2 still uses technology you stole to the Nazis .

  • @KRaikkonenSF No saying we havent "brain drained"...lots of german scientist defected to the USA at the end of world war two, and even helped in the space race......but russians have been stealing techology from the USA on a regular basis.....Im not at all worries....I was in the gulf war in 1990-1991....and quite frankly russian military machines are junk....look threating, but all smoke and mirrors.

  • @yankee22167 I agree, the quality of Soviet fighters was... quite low . But this plane is a new start for Russia . It will be the first fighter that has been entirely developped after the Cold war . Forget what you know about Soviet-era planes and look at what they're doing now . Today it is not Russia that copies other countries but other countries that copy Russia . And I'm sorry but beside stealth, this plane hes nothing to do with the Raptor .

  • @KRaikkonenSF whatever...not buying it...russians are not like us....I spent my life in the US military....and with full convidence and knowledge, I can say we are more professional, and our equipment is above approach. I am not at all impressed with anything from russia...except russian women...now thats something else!

  • @yankee22167 Must agree with you . Russia makes beautiful things... on all fronts

  • @yankee22167

Russia. It's all about their women.

    ;-)

  • @yankee22167 LOL we all saw how NATO training and NATO weapons performed against Russian Military in the Georgian war, it took Russian 58th army less than three days too rape the whole pussy gay ass NATO trained Georgian Military.

You think by beating low IQ Arabs with downgraded Soviet export weapons that your the shit, if you were so bad ass where were you gay cowboys when we were bombing Georgia in the Stone age??

Now answer that question, if you can Amerkunt.

  • @Russiasuperpower1 Are you high on vodka?.....no secret you build shit...and what you do build, designs a stolen from the US......now stick you face in some snow and wake up....

  • Comment removed

  • @yankee22167 sikorsky? russian. Gunpowder? chinese. Rockets? von Braun. B2? Horten. Your great engineer and physician Einstein was no american either.. plz don't tell people that the US never stole anything....

  • @Cult1022 you morron...thats why you dont get it.......i could move and live in russia and I would never be russian.....Be American is a state of mind...anyone who comes here is American..no matter where they were born.....We welcome and are a nation of imigrants.....you will never get it.....its the beauty of America....

  • хуйня

  • Тak. Только у вас есть 3 штуки через 10 лет. В 2011 году он мог zachamować Moskiwie до конца взлетно-посадочной полосы.

  • its funny the similarities between the YF-23 and this acrft......just sayin...

    \

  • The Nozzles are round to allow 360° thrust vectoring . It's bad for stealth but good for maneuvrability . And like you said Americans don't use IRST, so there is no big difference . I'm looking forward to seeing that plane doing Cobras and Kulbits !

  • @KRaikkonenSF USAF pulled proposed IRST from f-15s in march, but USN still has a planned upgrade for f-18s.(The F-35 will also have IRST)

  • Who copied who? Chinese J 10 0r f 50?

  • u are soooo beautiful...to meee !

  • Sure looks impressive and the performance figures are even more impressive, but I really doubt that it's really "stealth". The shape is simply too complex and conventional, with too many protruding elements to be radar-invisible, and the shiny paint looks like ordinary paint and not radar-absorbing coating like that of F-22. Also I bet its round engine nozzles throw one hell of an infrared signature unlike the slot-shaped nozzles of proven stealth aircraft.

  • @r8wing

That ain't his real paint, watch this year's MAKS air show.Stealth for this plane is many other features than just shape and he's much thinner than bulky F-22.Can host ultra long AA missiles, has radar to 400 km!Has 10 sensors, has 4 additional radars in wings and back. Those engines aren't from him but Su-35(have ceramic petals for heat absorption)and are 3-D vectoring nozzles,F-22 only 2-D ones.Has much better jamming and ECM,not mention OLS designator that works without need of radar!

  • @r8wing Airducts are curved inside covering turbine blades from direct radar waves.

This is a prototype and it is painted accordingly for better observability of all control surfaces. Of course it is not a RAM used on aircrafts in service.

Engine is also not the one, which will be installed on PAK-FA in service. Round engine nozzles might increase RCS, but PAK-FA has more composites than F-22 (70% vs 40%), which reduces RCS and compensates for round nozzles.

  • @BitnikGr

Round engine nozzles do not increase RCS but IR signature, because the thick jet of hot gas cannot radiate its heat quickly enough. Ceramic petals won't be of much help here (ceramic repels heat rather than absorbing it anyway). And if you look closer you'll see that the aft portion of the engines is just bare metal, Su-27 style, with no coating at all because it would be too hot to accept any paint or coating, radar absorbing or not. This will glow red on any radar or IR detector.

  • @r8wing Well, as I said before, it is not an engine which is developed for PAK-FA. It is just a SU-30/35 engine for first flight test aka "object 117". Engine for PAK-FA is an "object 129". So we can't yet know how the final engine will look.

Second... we also don't know what kind of metal is it, right? Aluminum is a metal, steel is a metal, invar is a metal too, but each of them have different rate of radar deflection.

    ...

  • @r8wing ...

If it doesn't increase RCS, but IR, (I agree with you here), then it is not a problem of radar detection by IR detection. Can any plane passively detect IR signature at same range with active AESA/PESA radar detection?

Finally, PAK-FA has carbon-plastic composite material for fuselage fairing, while F-22 has invar alloys there. Invar is an expensive metal. Doesn't more extensive use of composites (by 20-30%) gives a chance to PAK FA to have at least same RCS with F-22?
