"Gonna buy a fast Car, put on my lead Boots, take a long, long Drive, I may end up spending all My Money, but I'll still be alive..." . R.I. P. John...
There's a official version of the Killburn show with Keith playing my Wife he also plays a part of Who are you, in great quality, and I think that version is better than this, and they where even more drunk and unrehearsed!
The Who generated a tremendous amount of energy in their live performances. I saw them once, long ago. That still ranks as the #1 concert I ever attended.
Wow does this song bring back memories. I use to play this album over and over and over. Pete does seem to be having a blast with this song. One of the great bands from the 70's, good ole' fashion ROCK N ROLL!!!!
Loved this. Thanks for posting. This was one of the true great bands in the golden age of Rock Music.

Keith played great in 75-76,but that was it. He was AWFUL at Kilburn 2 years later and was barely hanging in there at Shepperton.

I saw them perform this number in Cleveland - front row seats, right in front of Roger Daltry. I lost my hearing for days....oh but what a show!!!!
