Seems I,m not totally alone ,,, after all. I have a facination for old cinema and home movies also. I like pathescope items in the 9.5 format , but recently have moved forward a bit looking at the standard 8mm items. Its fun making them work again. Nice saving them for the future too. SOMEONES GOT TO DO IT.!!

The loss of loop problem is being caused by the 50Hz - 60Hz difference....DOH!
