  • CUTE!!! :D

  • So adorable!! LOve his eyes. XD

  • he's such a little cutie in this video! :]

  • pretty boy

  • Hahaha lol 

  • So did he ever get those eyebrows?

  • Thank you for posting this! My son is about to take his car-seat test tonight to see if he can finally come home, and I was trying to imagine how he was going to fit in the car-seat since he's still only 4lbs 1oz as of this morning!

  • This face means everything :) So lovely, cute :)

  • hes adorable!

  • I am the dad. He is very healthy now, four years old and reading Dr. Seuss books. He is a very smart little boy and full of life.

  • What a beautiful baby boy!! I hope he is a healthy little boy now!! And I don't know if you are the mom or the dad, but the dad cracks me up! I bet you both make wonderful parents. You are all in my thoughts! :)

  • saw this browsing car seat information and you have a beautiful son! Hope the nurse educated herself a bit better on breast feeding, but im glad you guys got to breastfeed. and get a good car seat ^.^

  • I DONT WANT TOO GO HOME WITH THESE TWO NUTS!

  • Patrzcie na jego mordę!!!!

  • 0:43 "WHHHHYYYY!!!"

  • He is sooooooo cute!

  • That video made me smile & remember when my son (born at 34 wks) also had to do the carseat test...my son was so small the chest clip was touching his chin & the buckle between his legs.

I think people need to stop putting stupid comments about what vitamins the nurse is telling you to give the baby, since Im sure none of them have made it through any type of med school!

  • Chicco carseat FTW!!!!

  • fucking vitamins! humans lasted for a hell of a long time with out manufactured vitamins. id tell that nurse 2 put them up her stinking shit filled cunt a2m

  • @pjonri not premature babies dumb shit

  • @Straygos LIKE THE NICU TAG ON YOUR SHIRT WASNT A DAMN SIGN lol DUH ! You have an insanley cute baby btw

  • @pjonri Nice language.

  • @pjonri I think you lack a lot of research if you think that humans were better off without modern provisions. The infant fatality rate for instance, do you see just how much it has dropped as compared to even 60 years ago?! *eye roll* Vitamin D drops are provided because you get most V. D from the sun and a baby would burn up too easily in the sun and can't wear sunscreen until 6 months.

  • haha he is so cute and I bet he is a looker now, lol I am a mom of 2 under the age of 4 my oldest will be 4 in June and my youngest is 3 months old. I lol when you said that he wasnt born with eye brows, My 3 month old daughter is still getting her eyelashes in she doesnt have any bottom lashes yet and her top ones just grew all the way in she was born at 38 and a half weeks.

  • that nurse is an idiot. breastmilk has less iron ounce for ounce than formula, but the iron in breastmilk is natural and completely bioavailable (meaning his body can absorb 100% of it). The iron in formula is chemically made and babies only absorb less then 10% of it, so the rest comes out in their poop. That's what babies on iron supplements or formula are constipated a lot. I'm sorry you didn't get better information for your cutie. :(

  • @3Chappells

Why do you people feel you have to comment about a subject that is over 3 years old. Not to mention you have no idea what you are talking about. We were not using formula. If you are so smart you probably have better things to do then to be posting a comment on a three year old youtube video about a baby who is now half way through preschool.

  • @Straygos Welcome to Youtube, right? :D

  • omg he is so adorable

  • Stoned

  • Chest clip not quite at armpit level

  • позвоночник еще не сформировался, а они ее уже усаживают. наказать глупых родителей за незнание анатомии.

  • Serious babby is serious.

  • how cute!!!

  • omg! He is too adorable!

  • What a sweetheart! So cute! We just brought home our preemie baby almost 1 month ago. He was 3 months early, so it was 4EVER! That nurse in the background... she bugs me. Her tone & how she said your baby had to take the vitamins as long as he was on breast milk and something about the formula... as if to say formula is somehow better? My oldest was also premature (though not as much & for different reasons than my youngest) & he was only on them for a few months. Full term babies aren't @ all

  • OMG what a cutie!!!

  • Adorable!!! Oh what a cutie! Good job buckling him. Always make sure straps are tight and the chest clip is at armpit level. Also, always rear face as long as possible. Its not recommended to forward face at 1 yr and 20 lbs. That is only the minimum.

  • Amazing, my baby came 3th Oct. and we used a Jane on the way home we loved that one too :)

  • im due next moth and i wonder if any 1 have tried the britax car seats?

  • I LOVE the look on his face! LMAO

  • lol.. he is amazed for the first time in his life!

  • HE would be gorgeous if he was a girl haha

Francis was born at 28 weeks and weighted 2lbs 1 ounce. He was in the hospital for 9 weeks and though he had a few intestinal surgeries had nothing major happen. He is almost 3 years old now and doing great. He starts Preschool in the fall and has two younger sisters both born without complication. For the comment on formula way up there, that was not formula Francis could not latch and we gave him pumped breast milk. Thanks for assuming.

  • That baby is the most adorable thing I have ever seen! I bet you all the money in the world that she will be gorgous when she grows up!

  • @Kylee51797 This is Francis (the boy). The other baby is the girl. It is said several time - he, him, his, he....

  • I LOVE BABIES!!!

  • put him back in the womb

  • i didnt no they have to have car seats test

    that somthing new

  • Chicco Cortina Car Seats Rule!!!

  • nice looking baby :)

  • What a gorgeous baby.

  • What kind of a carseat is that? He looks so perfect in that carseat. Would you advise me of the brand and the model?

  • That's a Chicco KeyFit. They have a 22 lb. version that is sold with the Cortina stroller and a 30 lb. version also sold with the Cortina stroller and as a standalone seat.

  • go i cant wait to be uncle..my sis has 3 more months to go..

  • Such a cutie!

Thank you for posting . . . I'm a Child Passenger Safety Technician & will be using this to educate local families....

Is the harness tightened all the way? If so, my advice would have been to tuck some rolled/folded receiving blankets on the sides of the hips + crotch: this reduces movement during a crash, helping to spread crash forces out over a broader area of the body, reducing risk of injury.

Please feel free to view my favorites for more carseat sfaety info =)

  • I came across this video through other videos and saw it in the related videos section, as I watched it, the nurse sounded very familiar! I then saw the going home video and realized it was the same hospital my twins were born at! Our surviving twin spent almost 3 months there, and was your discharging nurse, Kristin? Do you remember? Such a small world! Hope all is well!

  • When were you in the NICU we have since moved to Colorado. I remember a couple who lost a twin while we were in there. I wonder if perhaps you were that person.

  • @buhtafly ! surviving? mustve been all the extra vits lol lol

  • I liked hearing the condescending nurse in the background. That's what my nurses sounded like.

  • Soo cute. Reminds me of when my little one had to pass her car seat test to go home. She was teeny-tiny and kept trying to fall asleep in the seat. At least she was comfy but her oxygen-sat's would drop. The binkie was the key to her passing her test. Your little guy is adorable and dad sounds like he's going to be a fabulous father.

  • My son is still in the NICU (25 weeker) but I'm looking forward to the carseat test since it signifies COMING HOME. Your little guy is just precious! Give him lots of smoochies.

  • meu esse bebe parece um boneco O_O fala serio. fofo de qualquer jeito rs

  • Same here, my boys were both preemies, my first had to have the car seat test and he looked just like your little precious boy, so sweet, I miss those days. He is 4 now, wow how time flies...from 5 lbs to almost 50...yikes...

  • dizzybear, the car seat test was done o see if the baby would desat or stop breathing in the carseat because he was a preemie.

  • Oh what a cutie pie. DIdn't understand about the carseat test but still a cute baby.

  • He's adorable!! My DD was a preemie and had the carseat test too. Brings back lots of memories.

  • At least you take the time to put your baby in a car seat the correct way. Too bad with the formula though. :( He is a doll! Daddy looks so happy. Congrats!

  • he is so cute! Simply adorable! How early was your preemie. My little girl was born 16 weeks early. God bless you and your family.

  • Hehe your baby looks like a doll!!

  • Awwww....I remember our little guy having a carseat test! He's 8 months now. How early was your little guy - ours was six weeks early. So cute!

  • awww he is soooo cute!!! what a good baby for putting in a carseat!!
