I don't know, but I believe it would be better if you use the PC Engine version of him; however, there aren't any sprite sheets of them available, but try to get someone to rip them out for you, or find a sprite-ripping tutorial that's very user-friendly.

I don't know why Most_Mysterious named him that instead of "Ken Clones". Most_Mysterious, best known for creating Omega Tiger Woods, also created the Rox Howard Clones.
