    Hard to say for sure because some women who already have decent busts still get implants, but I'd say those are real because implants tend to not move as much.

    One way to tell: Ask yourself "What is doing the supporting - is the bra/clothing supporting the breasts, or vice versa?"

    2nd clue: Implants are hardly affected by gravity, regardless of body position.  hth
