i use to work on nike hercules missles we once took apart a rocke boster clluster solid rocket booster and found there useing iron oxide in the fuel along with sobatal as fuel plus kno3, i noticed you dident have iron oxide in your fuel try it it will make much more power plus use a paper linner a thick linner in the engine, ive also found out that JB weld holds up very well in engines with stands the heat,

i'd have to agree with taifiedermaus.

with only 33 seconds flight time i think deformation of the plastic support ring by exhaust gasses caused yaw and prevented it from achieving it's potential altitude.

I wonder if the ring you put at the bottom of the fins caused the rocket to change direction when the ring became distorted- and deflected the thrust a bit.
