You're awfully harsh - lighten up. She seems like a nice girl who loves her dog. The amount of chlorine her dog ingests is unlikely to be harmful. She obviously isn't trying to hurt her dog. How often do you hear about kids or pets getting seriously ill from drinking pool water?

Five months late posting this, I know, but slimnady has a point. Dogs probably like the taste of chocolate, too, but that doesn't mean it's healthy for them. All the chlorine can't be good for her.
