@iamgayge Im 14 and Iv'e been drumming for about a year now. What I do is basically pretend your doing double bass pedal in class/ whenever your sitting down. Start slow and steadily move up, it worked for me.
@iamgayge I've been drumming for around 3 years now, double bass for around a year and a half. Do it when your not on the drums some, like the other guy said, in class. It helps. When your on the drums, start slow and work your way up week after week.
