Um...anyone else think MultiSoulZero's just a troll? Cos...yeah...I'm pretty sure anyone who's a fan of Pokemon knows about the Pokemon Special manga. It was translated and released at the same time as the Electric Tale of Pikachu and the anime. You couldn't really avoid them in the shelves.

Personally, I think Pokemon Special/Pokemon Adventures would've made a much better anime than Ash's storyline. Not only is the story, well, better and is more related to the games, it would also help get rid of that "kiddie" image with some of the manga's themes.

I don't see why they can't make an anime adaptation of the manga. The current series is getting really Stale. If they made Pokemon Special into a anime it'll be fresh and new while still being familiar to everyone. It'll be fucking great. The plot for Pokemon Special is more captivating than the anime's; Start the journey, meet a character every episode and help them, fight a gym leader, more random characters and gyms, enter pokemon league, lose at pokemon league, new region, repeat process.
