In my experience the scratchy percussive stuff you do most distinguishes the sonics of the Jag from that of the Jazzmaster. Any chance of you posting some more? Really nice.

Ok, I now have a new mission in the material world, I must absolutley aquire a sparkly blue Fender Jaguar from 1964. My wife said we could even hang it from the bedroom ceiling when not twanging away in front of my Princeton Reverb.

yes, Wicked Game it is, apparently originally recorded with a silver-face twin and an eighties USA strat. but the jaguar just sounds right to us

Jaguar bridges can be problematic. The best fix is to replace it with a Mustang bridge or a Mastery bridge.

@hectorsalina I always heard that before I got a Jaguar but I've never had one single problem with mine. I also have a Mustang and I agree they do have a better bridge but it was just never an issue for me.
