  • The EFCA will NOT remove the Secret Ballot process, but add an easier option: Card Check, which allows an absolute majority to automatically skip to getting their union recognized by the company. Mr. "Boner" either A) has not read the EFCA and is just ignorant or B) opposes unions in favor of fattening the paychecks of CEOs who funnel him money through lobbyists.

  • Unionbusters have subverted the union election process. Here on youtube look up the following video- secret ballot in name only. Stopping the EFCA is a straight out payback to the unionbusting industry as far as the Republicans are concerned.
