@taniariasmith Torrone is a popular winter and Christmas dessert in Italy. It is a confection, typically made of honey, sugar, and egg white, with toasted almonds or other nuts, and usually shaped into either a rectangular tablet or a round cake.
Torroncino is the same thing of torrone: Turrón (Spanish), torró (Catalan), or torrone (Italian) is a nougat confection, typically made of honey, sugar, and egg white, with toasted almonds or other nuts, and usually shaped into either a rectangular tablet or a round cake. It is frequently consumed as a traditional Christmas dessert in Spain and Italy. Taleggio can be unknown in certain regions of italy ;)

Thanks for your quick response.
could you tell me what is torroncino?
I once asked someone at an Italian resturant if they sold Taleggio cheese and they said they had never heard of it.
So much for authenticity!
Luckily,I got a supply by ordering a large amount and put it in the freezer.
