Bob is so good at explaining what he has put into his life/business. He talks his mind. I have seen all is interview videos, all of them are truly inspirational. More than business itself its how you do it that matters. I 'm a total fan of his inspirational words!

I didn't quite know what to expect when I went to interview Bob. A man who has experienced his level of success would normally have a sizeable ego. But Bob was a charming interviewee, and made a LOT of sense. Looking forward to the next interviews.
Totally agree with Bob's comment that it is all about the customers. Customers have so much power these days that businesses need to be exceeding their expectations rather than just meeting them.
Bob makes some very valid points, when he says, that one should look at the bigger picture and work hard to achieve your goals. Hard work and persistence always pays off in the end and there is no easy way to success.
