Hey Sensei ____, i like your style there arent many workouts like this usually there are breaks. In our Dojo after practice is over we something Called "Kicker Step Practice", ill try to send you a Video, its suppose to be Cardio works like yours. I love your Plymetric works out, i bet your students were sore..

Yeah thanks!. Chris has been a trainer and a student in judo for about 14 years. He will actually take over the dojo when his sensei decides its time to pass it on :).

yea haha lucky he was wearing clothes under haha...yea she was really really good and chris says she has been doing really great in her other class and was really impressed how she staied to do that class and went along with all of it... she really pushed it! So much fun :)

Nice Job! One thing. I don't even want to tell that kid what would have happened at my dojo if he one, lost his belt and 2 kicked his belt around on the floor. I'm just saying! Someone needs to learn to tie his belt. I had a flash back! Haha! You guys did great!
