No, not an instrumental with words, a poem accompanied by music. And why not "loony-bin"? It says more than the sanitized "Asylum". I know I've been to the place where this came from, the deepest, darkest, innermost pit of the self.

I love this - I think of it as an instrumental with words! I can't quite grasp why he says "Loony-bin" instead of Asylum or something similar. Apart from that, it's perfect.
