Desire Under the Elms

My only hope is that director Robert Falls, Dennehy, Gugino, Schreiber and the producers bring the production to Los Angeles after it closes on Broadway.

I was planning on going to see Desire Under The Elms on Broadway in mid-June time frame. Originally, the show was going to the first week in July but due to less than stellar reviews and weak ticket sales, the producers of the show are pulling the plug over a month early, with last performances on May 24th. I am more than disappointed. I think there should be contractual things in place so that all parties live up to their original dates. Now, I'll never experience this. Not cool. :(
