  • Jayson, this is great stuff bud. We will also be posting Eternal Eating recipes that seems to fit very closely to your carb roation recipes (we have either core meals consumed anytime consisting of lean proteins, healthy fats, and fruits or veggies, preferable green veggies) and activity meals consumed for breakfast or post-workout (lean proteins, nutrient dense starches or natural sugars, and fruits and veggies). Maybe we can share videos and help each other out?
