Thank you for not making a Monty Python joke after that random hand grenade, which a hair-dryer somehow sufficed as, line that concluded the notebook--as much as I like that movie, the references to it can become rather tiresome considering how often they come up.

Also, I have to wonder, considering how random the dryer seems, how many people got killed instantly despite the impromptu will, the fallen sign and all that blood. I know there's a good chance it would have happened to me.

Also a nice touch that was already in silent hill 2, you want downwards several times but the only time you really went up was the ladder in the end and you are suddenly at the surface again.

This one seems to play a lot slower then Silent Hill 2. What a long section the sewer seemed to be and before that the Subway wasn't as exciting as I'd hoped. Hopefully things pick up in the next few chapters. =)

It seems like a body without both his arms and legs, with blades coming out of its sides to make it walk (and it seems to walk REALLY fast!), while having another blade coming out of his head and other from his butt, which makes it spin vertically (I guess that's the biggest problem with it). I don't know. I was curious from this LP so I googled it and that was my conclusion. Anyone care to add more?

@IcerFreakyNana there is one more detail...the pendulum are two torsos connected with each other by a metallic plate...they represent heather's split personality (alessa and heather) some can fly and others can walk wich are the case of smaller ones

Little spoily that post, but ok. Anyway, that mean I was wrong/right, then. When i saw the picture, I thought I saw two torsos (I was RIGHT!), but I wasn't sure, so I figured the other part witht the blade was the torso's lower part (I was WROOONG!). And that answers why that huge pendulum in the beginning of the game could apparently fly and hurt Heather. Thank you, but be careful not to spoil the LP for those who haven't played.

It's ok, that's why I just warned you about being careful on your next comments. :) It happens often when we've finished a game, and done research about it. The info looks so obvious and clear, that we forget we didn't know all that much at the beginning (and in horror games, that lack of knowing is a big part of either what pushes us forward in the game and what scares the hell out of us - before I looked up the pendulums I was terrified of them; they seemed indestructible!)
