Actually I do have a problem with the loud trffic, dipshit. It is only "loud" because our law enforcement is worthless. They allow folks to drive like maniacs up and down this hill. Thanks for pointing out yet more "short"coming of Ron "Spanky" Suttle's half ass police department. :)
