@willwadd123 I ease ALL vang at top mark, this makes the boat able to turn downwind nice and quickly. because a rediculous amount of vang has been released you dont need to ease mainsheet a huge amount because the top of the sail goes foward. you will need to practise this to see how much main you do ease, if you capsize to weather then you eased too much. if done properly the boat will go round safely and fast. also keep the boat as flat as possible when rounding!
