  • Every video of Pink Floyd ive watched have always showed people fighting, im 13 years old and i understand what the point of the album is saying is that when england riots is when everyone needs to stand together no matter how isolated you truely are from society we need to stick together and we should not fight against each other we should fight for true freedom

  • I didn't know there was a part 3??? I'm not a true floydian

  • 2 people are bricks in a wall. -_-

  • Why is there an ad?

  • why is steven wright on drums?

  • @metalray84 LOL that's exactly what I thought!

  • 2 people never got outside thier wall

  • it's cute how Roger was about to sing, but then he looked at Dave because Dave didn't say "NO!" yet. haha

  • NDP ads on floyd videos? anyone in canada knows what im thinking. OH HELL NAH.

  • part 3 the best part!

  • @KISSANIMALIZE I'd have to disagree without being critical. All three are unique in their own way. I like part 1 because of its' eeriness.

  • i wonder who dislikes Pink Floyd for they r 1 of the most epic bands there ever was and ever will be..... Down with Baby Bieber!!!!!!! lol (dont care how his name is spelled)

  • @KingLee79 Agreed.

  • if I was only born 30 years earlier

  • looks like 2 people havent seen the writinig on the wall!

  • I hate to burst everyone's bubble here, but Roger Waters is a control freak, egomaniac. David Gilmour is the true brilliance behind Pink Floyd. His guitar skills are legendary and his voice is superior to Waters.

  • @krkgak

Hate to burst your bubble here, but you're a dumbass.

Syd Barret is the master mind behind Pink Floyd.

    Always credit him.

    ftw.

  • @Bkreuder No he wasn't... He might have been in the early years, but after he was kicked out of the band, he had no influence over Pink Floyd at all. The only effect he had was the inspiration for their songs. Roger Waters basically took over at that point (for better or for worse)

  • @omega4104 Totally agree dude! You're spot on! For better...or worse.

  • the best

  • e o melhor que eu ja vi

  • That's cool they build the wall during the concert

  • GREATEST BAND EVER

  • my favorite brick

  • fucking good

  • I really love this version !

  • @thenshekissedme me too...damn, Roger's voice is just freaking awesome. i love all pink floyd, but his voice is just so distinct.

  • As i can see there is 2 drum sets, so probably on one playing that guy and on other Nick Mason

  • I LOVE THIS

  • who's on the drums?

  • @89messer89 Thanks mate.

  • thats absolutely not Nick... haven't you ever seen their pictures?

  • @joesantiques477 Your're right this's not Nick...this is an other drumer and he also played on the first David Gilmour album (David Gilmour - David Gilmour)

  • Sorry, but that is definitly not Nick Mason; they had multiple musicians on stage besides the P.F. quartet. No way 4 people could play the wall.

  • " i don't need no arms around me, and i don't need no drugs to calm me"

This song in the film gives me chills, watch it on ACID!!!!!!

  • Questa band è un miracolo

  • My fav another brick in the wall part

  • Who is on the drums haha

  • @macarthur19 nick mason

  • @alankennedy1 Are you telling me that the guy at 0:55 is Nick Mason?

  • favorite out of all three another brick's in the wall

  • my fav part of another brick in the wall

  • ok fff buni

  • nick mason

  • wrong decade for me

  • me to

  • LOVE THIS SONG!

    its really short though.... :(

  • This quick video showcases their true talent because of how good it sounds live.

  • whenever im down i say to myself "i dont need no arms around me , i dont need now drugs to calm me!" and it actually makes me feel a bit better

  • Waters is a genius... so was barret.. no discussion on that but Waters did every GOOD and every BAD thing in the band... when he left it Pink Floyd was no more a very good band as it was before he left

  • @clujromanialinkin

they have had great songs post Roger Waters.

Gilmour was as much a genius as Waters easily dude.

  • Roger Waters on Bass

  • Nick Mason

  • Comment removed

  • his pants are too high, wow who gives a shit

  • :D Haha, this is great live. And Roger's pants are up a smidgen to high xD

  • But he still sings great :D

  • Sometimes I think I love Roger and other times I think I REALLY love Roger...

  • @pjennings424 lol...i like your comment. i love Roger too..all the time!

  • who was playing the bass?

  • when i see my father i always think "...wow, you wasted your twenties without going to see floyd, soft machine, ..."

  • @mynmyself

I think the same goddamn thing when i look at my folks.

  • @mynmyself You just don't understand do you? Pink Floyd was one hell of a band to try and get to see. Their shows were limited and they sold out quickly. Their North American Wall Tour only played two cities: New York City and Los Angeles.

  • @rocketpropulsion.... yeah well... i believe u are the one who didnt understood my comment

  • @mynmyself Don't criticize others for things you fail to do also.

  • @rocketpropulsion ... wtf are u talking about? either go and read my comment as many times as u need in order to understand what i said, or just go and reconsider trolling elsewhere

  • @mynmyself I read your initial comment. It was criticizing your father for 'wasting' his twenties without going to see Floyd, Soft Machine, etc. I was just pointing out that there are many people out there that didn't have the chance to go see Pink Floyd. Their tickets were incredibly difficult to purchase. If you think I'm trolling then let's end this here. Guten Tag.

  • @rocketpropulsion i was saying here in spain people wasted their time listening to bad spanish music while pink floyd was rocking hard

  • @mynmyself Pink Floyds music can't be beat. I'll agree that people who don't like Floyd have no taste for true music. Here in America, we have the same problem. Take care and rock on!

  • Sometimes I think i hate Roger and sometimes that I love him....

  • the floyd man---fukin gr8

  • i need drug to calm me so send me all yr cronic and hash

  • pink floyd whent to another level without sid barett thats when david gilmour took over thier all great ilove floyd oh bye the whay whitch ones pink

  • roger waters is awesome

  • i love david i love roger i love rick i love nick and last but not least i love syd

  • i kinda like how they threw in those dar and robotic soinding back vocals, makes it seem like pink is so isolated he starts hearing deep voices in his head, thats what i think of. its cool.

  • When he whips his head back and you hear that sick chord, it just makes you think, "I don't give a damn about what you think!"

  • This is my favourite Another Brick in the Wall out of all 3. When I hear this song, it makes me curse the fact that I was born in the wrong generation... I'd kill to go to a Floyd concert.

  • Part 3 is my favorite one as well, it just feels the most raw and hardcore of them all. "I have seen the writing on the wall!"

  • @MasterArbiterGrunt well, you can't do that, but you could see Roger Waters. That's what I'm doing. I was born in the wrong generation too.

  • @MW2Ultrajman I AM seeing Roger Waters in December. So stoked =p

  • @MasterArbiterGrunt me too at the tacoma dome

  • wheres nick

  • OHHHHH i love roger waters! pink floyd the best band ever i love them woooo david gilmour nick mason richard wrights roger waters ROCKS!

  • Syd?

  • nah

  • I was about ten years old when this concert occured. Looking back now, I would give my left nut to have seen this show live.

  • Look at the Wall as a whole, some songs can be played solo but songs like these can't, doesn't change a thing about the quality tho.

  • q grande Roger!!! nunca en la historia va a existir otra banda como Pink Floyd... esperemos verlos una vez mas arriba del escenario a todos ellos juntos otra vez

  • this is a huge slap in the face to who ever was born in this decade. i wish i could go back in time and see one of there concerts

  • very well said

  • roger waters is a genuies the dude is awsome i love pink floyd david gilmore rocks

  • OMFG roger's voice is so fucking DEEP!!!the best voice i have ever heard...got chills on 0:37

  • Pink Floyd--woooooow :-o Roger Waters is a genius.. <3 0:30 I have seen the wriTing on the wall.. I love his strange T !!

  • aw man, i was born in the wrong decade.

  • i agree

  • same here

  • Me too

  • was that mason drumming :53? I dont think he was balding around that time

  • No it wasn't. If you look closely in this video you can see him drumming next to this bald dude. Mason still has his hair.

I think they prefer the extra drummer. The Wall, Delicate Sound of Thunder and PULSE to name a few.

  • my favourite part of this song

    rogers voice is so haunting.

in my opinion THE only voice that was right for this concept.

a shame floyd couldn't have kept on going as the full thing ):

  • Roger, unfortunately, got a bit 'up himself' and thought he was Pink Floyd. Remember when he left, his immortal words to Gilmour and Mason, (after he'd kicked Wright out) - that "you f*ckers will never make it!". He tried to end Floyd really... Truth is that none of them were the same after, but Waters wanted the Final Cut. I like his musical influence, but as for wanting to keep hunting in Britian. D*ck.

  • yeh he is a egomaniac isnt he but i didnt know he wanted to keep animal hunting in britain is that right ? hes probarbly got a few big houses and some land if he is the wanker.

  • Yeah yeah. I think both sides are to blame. You know the saying "If youre not part of the solution, you're part of the problem. The rest of the band were passive for the most part and let Roger dominate the bands artistic direction.

  • i love this part of ABITW

i love how they change it up, its just a little different

    (besides the lyrics)

    god i love this band

  • roger waters is god

  • best band i have ever or probably will ever hear! every member was pink floyd not just roger or david is was all of them without 1 the band woudlnt be the same!! so stop saying roger waters IS pink floyd dumbfucks this pisses me off!

  • this rocks

  • I wish Part 3 was longer, this is my favorite part

  • Waters rules. He is PINK FLOYD. pEACE.

  • There's no doubt that Roger Waters was extremely brilliant, but w/o the others, especially Dave Gilmour, his songs were empty. Dave Gilmour added so many great songs and contributed to so many Waters songs with his guitar that helped personify the Pink Floyd sound. Pink Floyd is Pink Floyd, not one member.

  • Thanks, i didn't know that. That actually changes my interpretation of this song.

  • I don't need no walls around me

I don't need no drugs to calm me

I have seen the writing on the wall

don't think i need anything at all

No-Don't think i need anything at all

All and all it was all just bricks in the wall

All and all you were all just bricks in the wall. Best lyrics ever.

  • Sorry, but correction:

I don't need no arms around me...

And I don't need no drugs to calm me...

I have seen the writing on the wall...

Don't think I need anything at all...

NO! Don't think I need anything at all!

All in all it was all just bricks in the wall

All in all you were all just bricks in the wall! You had the real lyrics, just a few minor corrections.

  • best song by floyd. waters/gilmoure was a great partnership. maybe better than lennon/mccartny. food for thought

  • would they actually smash a guitar in the live performances?

  • yes...its part of the drama at the show to make the audience feel pink's feelings's

    its only for this song....

they are not like hendrix who smashes it to show off!

  • jimi didnt smash it to show off.

  • I think I read about this, they actually payed people to erect a giant wall live at the concert, right? And during The Trial, they would tear it down?

  • Yep, that's right. Let's try and see 50 sent pull that one off:]

  • all in all it was all just bricks in the wall all in all you were all just bricks in the wall........

  • amen brother

  • ROGER RULES

  • Ah, if only they'd release the whole concert :-)

  • *begins bowing*

  • Now that ive seen this live...I dont think i need anything at all.

  • this is a damn awesome song
