buy the sims 2, doesn't matter with what expension pack, you can also by the sims2 deluxe

you can download all kinds of hairstyles, eyes and clothes on sites like

modthesims (google it)

or thesimsrecourse (google this, too)

and they'll explain the rest :) if you cannot find it, PM me and I'll explain myself ;)
