I love Valkyria Chronicles for PS3 and PSP. That series led me to hearing about Operation: Darkness. Operation Darkness doesn't look bad from what I'm looking at now. If I ever get a 360, I'll probably get this!

I thought this game was awesome. First playthrough of the game I got raped :(

Second playthrough got raped by hitler and took 4 tries to finish the mission

Thrid playthrough got all the achievements and finished the game with no effort.

i agree with vnvanman there's nothing more that pisses me off then people saying a game sucks just because the graphics aren't' perfect, this game is sooooo awesome, it's about the SS (i'm german and my Grandfather was in the SS) and its about werewolves, i love it it's great. Play it before judging it.

I heard that this game got a bad review which pisses me off. IGN, X-play, etc., none of them give any detailed info on what makes the game good and bad. They mainly focus on how bad the graphics and camera are, but neglect to tell anything else about the game. As long as the graphics are decent, I'm fine. Camera problems I can deal with it. All that matters is the gameplay, but it seems some people forgotten all about that.

For Tips I Kill Needle And Have Lancelot And Gallant Camp Near His Dead Body And Rob Needle's Dead Body Cause He Got Some Rockets But Not As Strong As The Rockets You Buy But Hey Use Em If You Got Em :P

They have rules for games when they are being developed. In call of duty 2 they actually didn't allowed them to have a stage without a weapon. so it's not the developers fault that they had to censor it.

But this game is not developed by Atlus like Shin Megami Tensei series (and spinoffs) on the Playstation platform and Trauma Center for Wii.

If you want a interesting game pick up Persona 3 for PS2.

Operation Darkness is your generic shooter game with anime characters. This doesn't changed on anything, 360 is still the hardcore shooter console.

And the WWII setting hardly makes it a "war" game; its setting is a fantasy similar to Shadow Hearts which takes place during WWII and adds supernatural elements to it; its not a "war" game. Likewise, your opinion sounds just like a fanboy rant, and if you'd open your eyes, you'd see 360 is way more than a shooter console.

The gameplay basically works like FF Tactics or any of the Atlus or Nippon Ichi strategy RPG titles. If you've played any of those games, then that's about what to expect. Also, I agree, this game looks awesome, so glad that Atlus is bringing it to North America.

More like Medal of Honor, Call of Duty, Brothers in Arms, and Castle Wolfenstein meets Final Fantasy more like it. I can tell Success (the developer)must have took influence from these WW2 game (since they earn greatest hits and Platinum in Japan). I wonder if they put an homage to the series like I don't know Michael Giacchino (composer of MOH and COD music) music has been used in Operation Darkness. I wish they could make a port of this for the PS3.
