Two suggestions: Don't make any more videos outdoors, it makes for poor quality vids and would probably improve the sound too. Just say "do what I do" and don't explain every tapping point in every video.

What is illogical about the body having the ability to heal itself. What is illogical about yourself being the cause of your own problems as well as the cure.

Here is a good exaple of logic lets take a pain pill ooops not i have upset stomach lets take another pill. Wait now i am moody and unfomfrotable. Lets take antoher pill for anti depressant. If you look at conventional medications they cure nothing. M.D.s know very little about the body in its inner workings. Thats real logic there

@spaceman21k "this problem" is just a reminder phrase you use for the problem you initially decided to work on. eg you wanted to work on your headache so "this problem" means that headache you wanted to work on
