and please dont patronise by speaking slowly and showing us how you would cut butter into cubes, if i was having trouble with that then i wouldnt want to make brioche.

ok good recipe but her facial expressions are so annoying. And why is she talking so slowly? I want to see her make it but I wish I didn't have to see or hear her.
What if you don't have a paddle attachment or dough hook? Can you mix with the hands?
